Originally planned, I wanted to take advantage of the Spring Festival holiday to take good care of my mother and son. But the plans didn't change quickly, and my plans were disrupted due to the pandemic. Although it is important to accompany our families, as a civil aviation person, it is our unshirkable responsibility to serve passengers to travel healthily and safely. During the epidemic, as long as the work is necessary, I have no hesitation in going out of the house and sticking to my job.

I used to be a purser, and my experience serving passengers in the air has helped me a lot in my work as a ground serviceman. In the air and on the ground, although the responsibilities and positions are different, the professional and meticulous professional attitudes are the same.

In the baggage inquiry position, I also have to deal with passengers from all over the world. In my opinion, baggage service is the last key part of passenger service, and only by allowing passengers to collect their checked baggage quickly, accurately, smoothly and in good condition can everyone feel truly satisfied with a journey. Every day, the inspection is truly over only when all passengers on inbound flights have picked up their luggage. Although we work with masks on, we are constantly active and enthusiastic. Compared with our usual work, during the epidemic, we need to be more patient and loving.

In the past, I have become accustomed to spending less time with my husband. Due to the outbreak of the epidemic this year, as a family member, I am even more worried about my husband who is flying abroad. All I could do was cheer him on and tell him to wear a mask and wash his hands frequently. On February 18, he will go to Zhuhai to take the trainees again, and he will not be able to return until next month. He said to me: "At this time, as a party member, you must have more responsibility. ”

I can understand and support his decision. Last year, driven and encouraged by my husband, I also submitted an application to join the party.
