On May 27, the 32nd meeting of the Standing Committee of the Eleventh County People's Congress was held, and Liu Jinying, director of the county people's congress, Lu Fuquan, Du Liwen, Li Linhua, and Dong Guijie, deputy directors of the county people's congress, attended the meeting. Li Fei, member of the Standing Committee of the county party committee and director of the organization department, relevant responsible persons of the supervision commission departments and relevant comrades attended the meeting as observers.
The meeting shall be attended by 30 persons, 5 persons shall be on leave for reasons, and 25 persons shall be present, which shall meet the quorum.
The meeting approved the appointment and dismissal of personnel.
At the meeting, the relevant responsible comrades read out the resignation of Meng Xianpeng and other comrades. The decision on accepting Comrade Meng Xianpeng's request to resign from the post of county magistrate of the Linxi County People's Government was adopted by a show of hands; the decision on accepting Comrade Zhao Zhenying's request to resign as president of the Linxi County People's Court was adopted; the decision on accepting Comrade Kong Liwei's request to resign from the post of chief procurator of the Linxi County Procuratorate was adopted, and it was reported to the county people's congress for the record.
According to the provisions of the "Local Organization Law", the 32nd meeting of the Standing Committee of the Eleventh People's Congress of the county decided by means of voting: Huang Hui'an is the acting county magistrate of the Linxi County People's Government; Liu Jianpeng is the vice president and acting president of the Linxi County Court; and Lu Jing is the deputy chief procurator and acting chief procurator of the Linxi County Procuratorate. Liu Jinying, chairman of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress, issued letters of appointment to the newly appointed comrades.
The appointees took a constitutional oath.
