On July 29, Wang Chun, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress and chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions, went to Lu'an Chemical Changcun Coal Mine to investigate and guide the work, accompanied by Wang Zhiqing, secretary of the party committee and chairman of Lu'an Chemical Group, Xiao Yaning, deputy general manager, and Lu Zhigang, Xue Limin and Yang Yanjun, leaders of Changcun Coal Mine.
After arriving at the mine, Wang Chun and his party went deep into the love service station of the female workers in the mine lamp house to comfort the employees who had just ascended the well, and he pointed out that the workers of the mine were the most lovely people in the coal mine, and they contributed greatly to the safety, efficiency and sustainable development of the mine. Coal mines should do a good job in the health and logistics support of workers, show concern for and care for workers, and exhort everyone to abide by rules and discipline, learn skills, practice technology, and strive to be high-quality mine workers in the new era. Wang Chun distributed safety lucky bags and summer drinks to the employees of Shengjing.
Subsequently, Wang Chun and his party visited the mine's double innovation base, Wang Wensheng labor model innovation studio, safety psychological counseling center, mechanical and electrical theory integration training base and other places. He demanded that Changcun Coal Mine should further improve technological innovation and personnel training, increase the cultivation of innovative talents, and promote the development of enterprises with technological innovation; it is necessary to give full play to the role of the double innovation base and the Wang Wensheng labor model innovation studio, build an innovation platform led by labor models and participated in by employees, and create a high-quality workforce with strong innovation ability and high business quality, so as to provide technical support for the long-term sustainable development of enterprises.
