In order to promote the rapid growth of young teachers and improve the level of classroom teaching and business, our school carries out subject teaching and research activities every Thursday as scheduled.
On November 19th, we invited Director Yu Xiaohong of the Second Primary School To participate in guiding the teaching and research class. Three young math teachers from our school brought us three demonstration lessons. Although the teaching experience is less than 3 months, the natural teaching attitude and clear teaching process displayed by the three young teachers let us see their rapid growth, and the upright sitting posture and positive classroom participation exhibited by the students of the three classes of the first grade also let us see the good intentions of these three math teachers and class teachers.
The first lesson is the "Knowing the Clock" displayed by Teacher Hu Mengyuan, the lesson displayed by Teacher Hu is clearly organized, the teaching section is natural, and the auxiliary teaching such as teaching aids and stickers is reasonably used, which is suitable for the age characteristics of first-grade children. But the activities of this lesson are cut too much, and we can carry out teaching in the form of big tasks, and design our teaching activities based on the unit as a whole. And in the classroom, the teacher's questions are very important, based on the student's cognition, based on the student's development level of the question is more meaningful, and the teacher should pay attention to listening to the child's expression, digging into the child's deep thinking.
The second lesson was "Understanding of 11-20 Numbers" demonstrated by Teacher Lu Wen. Regarding the origin of the decimal system, Teacher Lu used an animation micro-lesson to introduce, which not only vividly, but also impressed the children, which was the highlight of this lesson! The advice to Mr. Lu is that the task design can be more open, and the overall feedback is suggested when feedback on the students' answers. The third lesson is Jin Yaxin's "Understanding of 11-20 Numbers" demonstrated by Teacher Jin Yaxin, Teacher Jin has a gentle tone of voice, attaches great importance to students' expression and understanding of key issues, and the details of the classroom are handled very solidly, but how to integrate and design teaching activities on the basis of what students already have requires teachers to study carefully, we not only teach knowledge, but also teach students the method of learning and the transfer of knowledge.
After three lessons, we had an exchange seminar. Two math preparation team leaders of our school commented and guided the three teachers. Director Yu commented on the three morning lessons from the perspective of the overall unit, and pointed out that we can "integrate and improve the teaching materials, drive the teaching with project-based tasks, establish connections between each method, and construct mathematical concepts in the process of expression."
The classroom is the main front of teaching, and I hope that through our weekly teaching and research week activities, through the help and leadership of key teachers, the young teachers of our school will grow rapidly, further enrich the teaching and scientific research activities of our school, and enhance the atmosphere of teaching and research activities.
