The research team went to The New Era Civilization Practice Center in Guyang County, the New Era Civilization Practice Station in Malu Trench Village, Jinshan Town, and the New Era Civilization Practice Center in Yinhao Town, etc., to enter the station, visit peasant households, randomly ask questions, conduct on-site investigations, fully understand the development of the two tasks in Guyang County, and feel the strong volunteer service atmosphere in Guyang County. As a pilot area for the practice of civilization in the new era, Guyang County takes the "last kilometer" of serving the masses as the main goal, innovates ways and methods, establishes a "13 + N" work system, builds a three-level linkage network of counties, towns and villages, realizes where the concept of the masses is, and extends to where the practice of civilization is extended, comprehensively promotes the practice of civilization in the new era, and lets the masses truly feel the power of civilization practice. At present, the county has built 1 new era civilization practice center, 17 high-standard practice stations, and 251 volunteer service teams in 932 natural villages throughout the county, and the number of volunteers in the county has reached 40,000.
