The meeting held discussions on undesirable phenomena such as the "rice circle" culture and the "traffic theory" and some illegal and immoral phenomena that have recently appeared in the literary and art circles and the entertainment industry, and expressed the consensus and attitude on resolutely handling the problem of illegal and immorality, controlling the chaos of bad fan culture, etc., involving the construction of business style and industry leadership.

In the recent period, the online media have successively exploded several incidents of practitioners in the literary and art circles violating the law and losing morality, which have aroused widespread public concern and caused adverse social impacts, making people feel both regretful and sad, and the style and professional ethics of literary and artistic work have once again become a hot spot of social concern and a realistic topic that we must face. This is a matter of principle in literary and artistic work. As a literary and art worker, you must abide by discipline and the law, and all acts that violate public order and good customs and violate laws and regulations are absolutely intolerable.

We must be grateful for the opportunities given to us by this era, and we must understand the requirements of the times for literary and art workers, unify acting and being a person, and constantly improve our own self-cultivation and ideological realm.

At the beginning of the year, I participated in the red speech program "Shining Coordinates" jointly produced by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the China Television Association and the Propaganda Department of the Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee, and the inspiration for the creation came from the words that General Secretary Xi Jinping once said that "heroes are the most shining coordinates of the nation". In my career of more than 20 years, I have played outstanding women such as Yang Kaihui, He Zizhen, Wang Xia, Gong Quanzhen, Sun Weishi, Xu Junya, Li Xiaomei, etc. From the years of revolutionary war to the period of socialist construction to the fight against poverty, these outstanding figures have conveyed the spirit of adhering to ideals, working hard, loving the country and the people, and not being afraid of sacrifice, which is the concrete presentation of the great party building spirit in outstanding individuals and a vivid embodiment of carrying forward the spiritual genealogy of Chinese communists. I also hope that through my own interpretation, the red culture will be widely disseminated and the red spirit will be passed on from generation to generation.

Literary and artistic work is Bacon's work of casting the soul. As a literary and art worker, we sow faith and cultivate faith in people's hearts through our own works, which is our sacred mission and unshirkable responsibility.

"Righteous people first correct themselves" Literature and art must shape people's hearts, and creators must first shape themselves. To improve one's self-cultivation and ideological realm, fundamentally speaking, it is still necessary to truly understand and love the acting career, rather than as a means to obtain fame and fortune. I think the inspiration and influence of old artists has been great, even lifelong. When I created the image of Sister Jiang, I felt from Yu Lan's predecessors that her acting was so devoted, she regarded every play as a school, understanding the plot is to understand history, portraying characters is to temper themselves and improve the realm, after she participated in "Eternal Life in the Fire", people's spiritual temperament has undergone great changes. Teacher Li Xuejian portrayed Jiao Yulu, went deep into life, grasped the role, pursued god-like, and played the role alive, and he was unified with acting, and the inside and outside of the play were exemplary. I grew up in a big family with excellent traditions and heritage, the Bayi Film Studio, where there are people's artists such as Tian Hua and Wang Xiaotang, as well as role models like Song Chunli, Li Youbin, and Liu Zhibing. They are determined to forget themselves, and their lofty ambitions make me firm in the direction of my efforts. I want to continue to move forward in the footsteps of heroes and predecessors, and on the new journey of the great Communist Party of China to embark on the second centenary goal, we must dedicate our strength to the literary and art workers in the new era with more profound works.
