Wang Zaiman/Wen
In the early days of the liberation of Jingshan County, there were three young and dashing young men in the Jingshan County Government, who were of similar age, similar personalities, and participated in the work together, and the relationship was naturally very good.
At that time, the entire county party compound was a bicycle, and the only bicycle was mostly ridden by these three young people.

Now, 60 years later. The three young men of that time were already ancient. It was only because the descendants of one of them wrote on his father's epitaph that "the one who is buried here may be the earliest cyclist in the county government of Jingshan Jiefangchu" that the topic of this article was triggered.
——Recalling the three old cadres of Jingshan County
Xiong Hong can be described as a big name among the fellow villagers in Jingshan. A few years ago, his father Xiong Duren died of illness, and Xiong Hong's epitaph written for his father was: "The people who are buried here may be the first cyclists in the jingshan jiefangchu county government." ”
Here Xiong Hong uses the word "may be", so who are these other "maybe" people?
This was 60 years ago, and it is impossible to find out the truth, but according to some of the factual fragments I know, there are two other people who have "possibilities". One was Tu Jiazhe's father, the late Tu Chuanxuan, an old cadre in Jingshan County; the other was my teacher, Qu Gaobo, a teacher at Huazhong University of Science and Technology, the late Qu Yizhong, former chairman of the Standing Committee of the Jingshan County People's Congress. Among the three veteran cadres, Xiong Hong's father, Xiong Duren, was in the middle of the position, and before his retirement, he was the director of the Forestry Bureau of Jingshan County.
The sons of these three old cadres are almost all my iron brothers, so I am also very familiar with and admired these three old people, and have a lot of contact with them, and I have occasionally heard about their old bicycles.
Because the narrative of this article is complicated and unorganized, I don't know how to draw up a subtitle, so I have to use familiar characters to lead the clues of the main characters I want to write, please forgive me and readers.
Tu Jiazhe's father, Tu Chuanxuan
Tu Jiazhe was a classmate of the first Chinese class after the first college entrance examination of my normal school, and he was also the class leader of our class. His family is in Yangji, and my father works in Yangji Supply and Marketing Cooperative. During a summer vacation, I went to visit my father and went to the Tu Jiazhe family of Yangji Health Center to play. As we were chatting, a middle-aged man with a small, dark face, and peasant dress came in. I heard Tu Jiazhe call him in a low voice. I was secretly surprised that this peasant-like man was his father.
What kind of structure is this family? At that time, although I secretly wondered, I did not dare to ask more (I guess that the matter of my father was that Tu Jiazhe was in a hidden pain at that time, and it was not easy to reveal it to me). Not long after, Tu Jiazhe said to me: "My father (maternal grandfather) was the secretary of the prefectural party committee in the 20s and 1930s, and Pan Zhenwu was a comrade-in-arms. "I was shocked, Pan Zhenwu was the former political commissar of the Wuhan Military Region, and almost became Lin Biao's death party." I can't help but feel more mysterious about Tu Jiazhe's family.
In the 1980s, Tu Jiazhe became the editor-in-chief of Jingshan Newspaper, and I served as the deputy director of Jingshan Radio, because we were all in charge of the news business of our respective units, we were classmates and friends, and we all lived in the compound of the county party committee, and we rolled together almost most of the time. It was the most active, pleasant, and beautiful time in Jingshan.
At this time, I learned that As early as the fifties, Tu Chuanxuan's old uncle was punished for historical reasons and sent to the countryside to become a farmer. When I chatted with the old man, I learned that the old man and Qu Yizhong, the deputy county magistrate who is now in office, and Xiong Duren, deputy director of the county agricultural office, were colleagues who participated in the work together before and after the liberation. At that time, three people were working as correspondents in the county party committee compound, and the only bicycle in the county party committee compound was three people rotating.
"At that time, we were energetic and energetic in our work, and the three young people had a very good relationship, wearing the same hat and wearing the same clothes, which was very eye-catching, and it was really a toad carrying a waist knife - a murderous ghost, and when he went out, he 'swept' (read the fourth sound) to get dead people." Talking about the scene of that year, Tu Bo was not without pride.
Tu Bo said to us with emotion: "How difficult is it to get rid of a life? You are all still so young, you may encounter all kinds of setbacks in the future, don't learn from my weakness! "The old man used his long-suffering experience to tell us that no matter how big the setbacks we encounter, we must persist and we must not lose confidence in life.
In the 1990s, when Tu Jiazhe was the deputy director of the Propaganda Department of the Jingshan County CPC Committee, he resolutely abandoned the great development prospects of the time and came to Guangdong. The article "Ten Years of a Dream of the Southern Country" compiled and distributed by the first issue of this magazine recounts his mental journey, which will not be repeated here. In that gray period of time, Tu Jiazhe's own wandering and helplessness made Tu Bo and his wife in his hometown very worried. Once when I went back to Jingshan, I met Tu Bo on the street, and his old man actually took my hand and cried silently. This catharsis is both a pity for the son who has given up everything he had before, a worry about his son's future, and an annoyance for the reasons for this situation. The old man knows that I and Jiazhe are good classmates, good colleagues, and good friends, and all this does not want outsiders to know, and only in front of my face can I have the opportunity to vent. When they were separated, the old man wiped his tears and warned me that it was good to be at home for a thousand days, and it was difficult to go out. You and Jiazhe are outside, you should contact more, help each other more, encourage each other more, you are still some skilled people, I believe you can still break through a career. I nodded to the old man with tears in my eyes.
I am very fortunate that brother Jia Zhe can stick to it in that southern country.
I once asked Tu Bo, when your colleagues Xiong Duren and Qu Yizhong were in power in Jingshan, did you not feel a sense of loss yourself? He said that he was grateful for being able to rehabilitate and implement the policy, and he still wanted to do those things. Each has his own life, and now the children are fighting for breath, and the two of them are old and healthy, and they already feel very satisfied, and they do not envy them.
Ordinary people have extraordinary experiences, but they always retain an ordinary mentality, which is really rare.
Xiong Hong's father, Xiong Duren
Xiong Duren became the secretary of the district party committee at the age of 18, and before leaving retirement, he was the forestry director of Jingshan County. Cadres at the section level have been doing this all their lives, and it is said that they were given a deputy county level after they left their retirement, which is probably not much in Jingshan County.
Xiong Hong and I were colleagues who entered the Jingshan County Radio Station at the same time in 1981. At that time, there were only about twenty people in the entire broadcasting bureau, almost everyone was equipped with a bicycle, and the broadcasting bureau was probably one of the best units in the county. Xiong Hong is a seed of romantic amorousness, and I am a conformist person. Although the personalities are very different, this does not affect our friendship and become iron brothers.
Because he often went to his house, he also met his father, Xiong Duren, deputy director of the county agricultural office. His father gave me the impression of an easy-going, handsome and very polite man. I envy Xiong Hong for having such a father, and the relationship between father and son is like a friend. Unlike my dad, a warrant officer deputy platoon leader who had been transferred to another profession, but was as fierce as a military commander, when I was a child I saw him really like a mouse seeing a cat.
After Xiong Hong and I graduated from the journalism department of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, he was transferred to the Yangtze River Daily, and I returned to the Jingshan County Radio and Television Station. At this time, his father was the director of the county forestry bureau, and his mother was the deputy director of the county family planning commission. Since Xiong Hong was not at home, I still went to visit the two elderly people at home from time to time. Especially during the Spring Festival, whether Xiong Hong returned home or not, I would go to the two old people to pay respects to the New Year. When chatting with Uncle Xiong, it confirmed the fact that he competed with Tu Chuanxuan and Qu Yizhong for a bicycle ride when he was young. Later, Xiong Hong wrote a harmful bullshit novel, which not only embarrassed a group of fox friends in Jingshan, but also let his father Xiong Duren rest in advance.
In the 90s of last century, the planners were very popular, and Xiong Hong knew that I had some theoretical skills, so he pulled me to Shenzhen to join the company, saying that he wanted to package me as a "planner and his father". After coming to Shenzhen, I ran magazines and planned with Xiong Hong, and I was still a little prosperous. Although I did not eventually become a "planner and his father", I also wrote the best-selling book "The Fate of China's Famous Brands" under the encouragement and planning of Xiong Hong, which made me famous for a while.
At that time, my wife and children were still in Jingshan, and when I went home to visit myself, I would not forget to see Xiong Hong's parents. Once when I went to visit them, Uncle Xiong asked me in a low voice: "Wang Zaiman, you tell me the truth, you don't earn a million yuan a year." Faced with this number, I shook my head in shame.
After Uncle Xiong suffered from stomach cancer, he lived in Hubei Provincial Cancer Hospital, I went to see him, probably because he had just discovered the condition, the old man's face did not show obvious pathology. After chatting for half a day, the old man put it in my ear and asked me: "Can you and Xiong Hong make a million yuan a year?" Xiong Hong and I were professional managers at that time, although the annual income at that time was far from the "millions", but in order to comfort the seriously ill old man, I nodded and said: "Well, almost!"
After Xiong Hong's father died, I was unable to personally return to Jingshan to pay the funeral, and asked Jingshan's friends to send wreaths on my behalf. After Xiong Hong returned to Shenzhen after the funeral, he wrote an epitaph for his father to ask for my opinion, and I expressed different opinions on what he wanted to write about "models", "loyal", "bowing to the best of his ability". I thought to myself, your father is a gentleman, a table of talents, and has been an official for a lifetime, maybe there will be something that does not conform to these terms, then do not let others laugh, is it appropriate to write this? Of course, I can't say it directly, so I gently dissuade it: writing an epitaph like this is my Style of Wang Zaiman, not your Xiong Hong's style. Later, Xiong Hong told me that the epitaph he wrote for his father was: "The people who are buried here may be the first cyclists in the county government of Jingshan Liberation County." Now, he was gone, but he had left the two wheels behind. Xiong Hong's explanation for the wheel was: one was his mother, and the other was their children. After listening to it, I couldn't help but clap the case: "Great, this is your xionghong style!" ”
When his father burned "May Seven", Xiong Hong was afraid that the old man was lonely in the underworld, so he worked with his two younger sisters who were professors at Wuhan universities to do work for his mother (my name is Aunt Xu), and he wanted to burn several "misses" to honor his father. Aunt Xu said happily, I have no opinion, you should burn a few more! When Aunt Xu was young, she was also beautiful as a flower, and virtuous and dignified, the biggest feature was that her heart was as flat as a mirror, her heart was broad-minded, and she was extraordinary, which can be seen from this matter.
This is probably one of the things that the alternative Xiong Hong has done that many people think is out of line, he has always been "I am a rogue, who am I afraid of?" Of course, Uncle Xiong didn't know if he could receive it in hades, and he should be very happy after receiving it: the son's "filial piety" was recognizable to the emperor, and if he didn't laugh at his son, he really couldn't stand his son.
Qu Gaobo's father, Qu Yizhong
Qu Yizhong was the late former chairman of the Standing Committee of the Jingshan County People's Congress. His eldest son, Qu Gaobo, was my college teacher, and although it was a teacher-student relationship, we got along like friends; Gao Bo's younger brother Shaobo was a colleague of mine who worked at the county radio and television bureau, and the relationship was also good. But I knew Qu Yizhong in the 1970s.
After graduating from high school at the age of 16, I worked as an accountant in the production team, and Zhao Chengwu, the secretary of the county party committee, was "squatting" in our production brigade. In 1976, Chairman Mao passed away, and we were full of grief and busy with the autumn harvest. In accordance with the requirements of "crossing the Yangtze River and crossing the outline" of grain, the total grain output of our squad must reach 600,000 catties. However, only 440,000 catties of grain were put into storage in the autumn harvest, which was a big cut. Qu Yizhong, then member of the Standing Committee of the county party committee and director of the propaganda department of the county party committee, called a meeting of our accountants to report the total production figures. In my heart, Minister Qu is such a great official! The accountants of the other production teams were all "old gangsters" and quickly reported the numbers, but I did not dare to report them, because the difference in numbers was too great. Unexpectedly, Qu Yizhong's voice was deafening: "This number is not clear, are you a human or a ghost." In the face of the roar of the "high official", I was frightened and scared. Seeing that I was not very old, he changed his tone again but still said very sternly: "Tomorrow morning you must be innocent." When I returned to the team, I asked the captain what to do, but I didn't expect the captain to be more "afraid" than me. I suggested to consult with the county party committee team member So-and-so Ying, the captain said you don't know wow, Comrade So-and-so Ying was caught with the secretary of the commune a few days ago, and now he is closed to write a review! I was surprised to hear it, so-and-so Ying is so beautiful, and she is not yet married, it is a pity. The captain sighed and said, these two people are also true, Chairman Mao has just died, the people of the whole country are grieving, they are still trying to be happy, I think it is deserved! We discussed in the middle of the night, I remembered what So-and-So Ying usually said about "how bold people are, how productive the land is" and other words, I discussed with the captain and decided to go out, first of all, I had the courage to make a figure of 560,000 pounds to "fool" and then say (after I left my hometown in the 77-year college entrance examination, this inflated figure took over the accounting miserably, and he erased this hole through several years of writing off the account). Qu Yizhong was not too picky about this number, probably thinking that he was too fierce the day before, and smiled and said to me: "I look at you, you are a small ghost."
After I joined the work, I went to the compound of the county party committee, and I also engaged in news, and I had contact with Qu Yizhongduo, and his thunderous anger made me feel uneasy at the beginning, and I was far away from him during the interview. It took a long time for me to feel that he couldn't remember me, the "stunned" accountant of that year, and the courage to get close to him slowly grew. When I went to the Department of Chinese Journalism to study, through the introduction of Deng Yipeng (my teacher training classmate and Tu Jiazhe), I met Qu Gaobo, the son of Qu Yizhong, who was a teacher in the Department of Chinese Journalism, and Xiong Hong and I often went to his house to eat rice, and at the same time became very good friends.
Every time Qu Gaobo returned to Jingshan, I would go to his house to see him, so that I and Qu Yizhong would not only be "familiar with their faces" but very familiar, and when they usually met, he would greet me with a spring breeze: "Xiao Wang, I am busy with something, and there is no contact with Gao Bo." The fierce god Qu Yizhong, who was fierce at the beginning, could no longer be found.
As a county leader, Qu Yizhong's speech and report can be described as full of fortitude. Because of his low culture, he also made jokes in his reports. I personally heard him say in a report at a family planning work conference: "Each couple can only have one 'shoe'" (Jingshan compatriots know that we in Jingshan dialect pronounce "shoes" as "child", and he wants to "don't" a little Mandarin but gets the meaning reversed). There is also a joke of his old man's home told by Li Xingkai, the "joke king" of Jingshan, who saw the famous verse "The day is at the end of the mountain, the Yellow River flows into the sea" in the tour, and the old man chanted while praising: "Day and day, the mountain is yellow, the river is into the sea, and there is 'flow', well, good poetry!" Good poetry"! His three-word syntactic method makes people laugh and break their stomachs. Of course, this story is mostly interpreted and processed.
Although Qu Yizhong had the lowest degree of Chinese among the three of them, the official did the most, and there was a certain reason for thinking about it carefully. Qu Yizhong's voice was loud, his voice was loud, he spoke quickly, he dared to act boldly, and he acted decisively and sharply, and he appeared to have more courage than some intellectual cadres who looked ahead and looked backwards and cowered at the end, so in that era this kind of cadre still had a certain advantage.
After all, I was still a little afraid of his majesty, and I never had the opportunity or dared to ask him about the fact that he had just joined the work of competing for a bicycle ride when he was young.
Not the end: There may be a lawsuit in Hades
The world is still a little bizarre, maybe God is also "teasing" people. Among the three people, Yan Wangye recruited The greatest official, Qu Yizhong, was the first to recruit, Xiong Duren, who had worked as a section-level cadre for a lifetime from the age of 18 to retirement, died the second, and Tu Chuanxuan, who had been a peasant for almost a lifetime, was the last to die.
Today, the three old men have been ancient, and they are all buried in the same cemetery in Jingshan. If Xiong Hong hadn't written such an epitaph for his father, they might have forgotten about it themselves. Therefore, I suspect that in the face of Xiong Duren's "so arrogant" descendants, with the temper of the two old men of Qu Yizhong and Tu Chuanxuan, Yan was able to carry out the "who is the first" rights protection activity without taking pictures of the case, and join forces to besiege Xiong Duren.
It seems that a "lip service" between the three old men in Hades is inevitable:
Tu Chuanxuan: Xiong Duren, why do you say that you are the first cyclist in the county government of jingshan liberation, I remember that the bicycle was ridden by me, I am the first Oh!
Xiong Duren: Hum, preach, you still brag. You don't want to think about it, did you ride a bicycle at that time, the bicycle that your superiors dialed was not fake, but you pushed it back.
Qu Yizhong: I see! None of you should argue, at that time I seemed to be leading the way, I remember that I rode the bike first when I came back!
Of course, none of them may disagree with anyone. Although their wives are alive now, I believe that the three old ladies certainly do not know the truth. Oh, yes, they probably didn't know each other at the time.
Thinking that such a "rights protection" dispute might occur in Hades, I decided to take advantage of Xiong Hong's provocative and competitive personality to "trick" him into defending himself and carrying out an "honor defense counterattack" for his father.
I didn't expect Xiong Hong to fight back with the most earthy words of Jingshan and said: Hum! Put away your set, want to "ignore" my "foreign disk"! Qu Bo and Tu Bo were quite good to me before they were born, and then I used the three words "may be", and I was not very sure, you regarded Lao Tzu as "yellow table ash" (two ball goods), wanted to "bang" I was "embarrassed to rush", the door was not there. I wrote an epitaph for my father, if in Hades can still cause disputes between the three old people, with the inertia of the human world to make that world also move, it is also a "pleasure" for them.
Despite this, Xiong Hong still had a discussion with me for this "first", and Xiong Hong said that my father was responsible for buying at that time, and it should be that he rode more. I say that riding more doesn't mean being the "first" to ride. Xiong Hong said, yes, I just added the word "maybe"?
On the occasion of a drunken ear fever, Xiong Hong also added to argue that with the style of my father when he was young, compared with the hobbies and dispositions of the three of them, especially the ability to accept trendy things, my father should surpass Tu Bo and Qu Bo, so this "first" should be my father the most likely.
So far, I still agree with Xiong Hong's analysis, I don't know what your fellow countrymen think?
