Zhengxu Municipal Railway Shuanghe South Station successfully passed the decoration and the first acceptance of mechanical and electrical engineering

On October 16, the ShuangheHunan Station of Zhengxu Municipal Railway, which was built by the First Bureau of China Railway, successfully passed the decoration and the first acceptance of mechanical and electrical engineering, which played a good leading and demonstration role in the implementation of the first project of all majors on the whole line, and laid a solid foundation for the opening and operation of Zhengzhou Metro Line 17 next year.

Zhengxu Municipal Railway, the full name of Zhengzhou Airport to Xuchang Municipal Railway Project, is the backbone of the rail transit network of the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration, connecting Xinzheng Airport, Zhengzhou Airport District, Changge and Xuchang, running through the core area of the Zhengzhou-Xuchang Industrial Belt of the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration, with a design speed of 120km/h. According to the scope of the administrative boundary, the construction of the Zhengzhou section and the Xuchang section is carried out separately, which is the first urban railway project in China to connect the core areas of the two cities, and is also an important project to create a "one-hour commuting circle" in the Zhengzhou metropolitan area. After it is completed and opened to traffic, it will be operated by "high-density, short groups" of public transportation, and the whole journey will take about 1 hour.
