On the morning of October 26, Zhang Jianwen, deputy head of the Yangquan Traffic Police Detachment, Li Jianhua, chief of the Order Section, Shi Jie, deputy section chief, and Wang Shulin, deputy chief of the Facilities Section, went deep into the Hongcheng River, North Avenue and Wal-Mart road sections under the jurisdiction of the traffic police brigade to conduct field investigation, investigation and analysis of the construction of the light-controlled intersection.
