Dr. Liu Taiyi: Three Points and Seven Points (1) Preface

Starting today, we will successively introduce the specific methods of treating various diseases by the famous TCM master Liu Chun. This method is safe and reliable, suitable for patients to do their own self-inflicted diseases.

Dr. Liu Taiyi: Three Points and Seven Points (1) Preface

The Liu family is a descendant of the Chinese Jin Dynasty physician Liu Wansu and the Ming Dynasty Yongle Tai doctor Liu Chun; it is also a rare long-established Taiyi family in China. Liu Chun founded the theory that the way of health, the three-point cure and seven-point nourishment, the disease is born in the family, and the three-point poison of medicine is still the colloquial language of Chinese people all over the world; it is also the theory of chinese medicine to prevent and treat chronic diseases.

The author of this article, Liu Hongzhang and Zi Jinxing, born in 1946, are the 33rd generation patriarch of the Liu Guansu family of the Hejian branch of the Chinese surname Liu, and the 24th generation successor of Liu Chun, the Yongle Tai doctor of the Ming Dynasty; he is a graduate of the medical department of Beijing Medical College and has written most of this book.

The author of this article, Liu Hun, born in 1977, is the son of Liu Hongzhang.

Liu Guansu, the ancestor of the Liu family, was a virgin of Tongxuan; a native of Hejian in Hebei Province, was the head of the four great masters of traditional Chinese medicine. He put forward the point: "Man is a pure yang body. And the oil and fat grain is what produces heat. Therefore, the disease of eating in the health of the healthy is also. The sick eat even more. That is to say, human beings should not eat high-fat, high-starch foods; this view laid the foundation for the health of future generations. He invented the use of sand fish bile to treat milk rock, military gong scatter to treat trauma, iron cloth shirt pain relief and other methods, so that future generations benefited endlessly. His last words: "But do good." Don't ask about the future. "It is the motto of the Liu family.

Liu Chun, the ancestor of the Liu family, was an old man from Xianning, Hubei Province. He was the ninth grandson of Liu Wansu, the Yongle Tai Doctor of the Ming Dynasty; he was instructed to be a prisoner to test the doctor, and led the medical officers to summarize a set of ten health care points for disease prevention after sixty-six years of efforts, and the three-point treatment and seven-point nourishment method of treating diseases such as hunger, diet therapy, heart therapy, physical therapy, abstinence, and prudent use of medicine; he benefited future generations infinitely, and was revered by the Ming and Qing Dynasty Tai Hospital as the protective god of Tai Doctor. His last words: "Man cannot cure his stomach without stomach." The medicine does not taste or hair. And "I'd rather starve to death." Do not poison. I'd rather be stupid. Don't get angry. I'd rather die of exhaustion. Don't die. It is also the motto of the Liu family.

preface

It is said that by the 1970s, Western medicine had achieved great success in four aspects: epidemic prevention, diagnosis, surgery and rescue. But the World Health Organization suddenly issued a statement saying that Western medicine was inadequate and needed natural medicine to complement it, and urged the United Nations General Assembly to adopt the Declaration of Almaty in 1980, requiring governments to study the use of natural remedies.

In this situation, many Chinese medicine practitioners in China believe that complementary therapy is to overcome the role of Western medicine treatment. So they went abroad to sell drugs; unexpectedly, they were either banned from selling drugs or fined after selling drugs; so they returned to China in confusion.

So what exactly does Western medicine need to add? Originally, the World Health Organization required Western medicine to supplement natural medicine's methods of preventing diseases and treating chronic diseases; rather than letting natural medicine cooperate with Western medicine's therapy, nor overcoming the role of Western medicine treatment, let alone drug abuse. Because the early diagnosis of Western medicine is the method of discovering diseases, not the method of preventing diseases; and the methods of Western medicine in treating chronic diseases, the production of iatrogenic diseases, has risen to more than 30% of all human diseases. Why let natural medicine supplement it? Because natural medicine has a safe and effective history of preventing diseases and treating chronic diseases.

It should be pointed out that the Tai Yi of China's feudal society is a real Chinese medicine.

In China's feudal society, Chinese medicine was divided into two classes, one was the tai doctor and medical officer who served a small number of nobles, and the other was the folk doctors and walking langzhong who served the common people.

The taiyi was afraid that the nobles would have diseases; because as long as there was an iatrogenic disease in the treatment, the taiyi would be dismissed, beaten, exiled, beheaded, and even exterminated. Therefore, taiyi emphasizes prevention as the mainstay; and in treatment, try to use as many methods of hunger and dietary therapy as possible, and use drugs in small quantities; of course, poisonous drugs cannot be used.

However, the people do not have a special person to guide the prevention of diseases, so they do not know how to maintain health; after they have a disease, they can only accept the treatment of folk doctors. Folk doctors often use quick-acting methods to cater to the anxiety of ordinary people who want to recover quickly; because many drugs are toxic, ordinary people cannot guarantee their quality of life and natural life.

It can be seen that the two classes of patients, due to the difference in cultural quality, therapeutic purpose, and economic conditions, have created two schools of Chinese medicine, and they have coexisted for a long time. Unfortunately, the number of tai chi schools is very small, and the number of folk schools is very large; so according to the social law of the minority obeying the majority, the folk school of Chinese medicine is enshrined as the mainstream. Worse still, many lay translators translate folk remedies into foreign Chinese; this makes foreigners mistakenly believe that TCM is the doctor who sells medicine.

However, as early as 1947, Liu's health and three-point seven-point nourishment were introduced to the American public by mr. Stuart Layden, the US ambassador to China, called the therapy of raw hunger; not only was it loved by some American publics and was considered to be the first choice for protecting themselves and destroying the enemy; it was also highly praised by some American leaders and was recognized as human nature therapy; and some American colleagues also seriously studied the mechanism of this method. Much of the material cited in this book was provided by my American counterparts. Greetings.

Yes, being sick is painful, and no one is happy because they are sick; therefore go to a doctor whenever you are unwell. And the folk school will deliberately say some difficult terms to make them very afraid. It is a three-point poison of medicine, which is a well-known truth for everyone. But in ignorance, they obediently paid for their hard-earned money and bought medicine to poison themselves. As a result, they were toyed with by the folk school. And they are angry and helpless simply because they are medically illiterate. And medical blindness is just a layer of window paper; poking open this layer of window paper, they will find that medicine is not a big truth.

So how to distinguish between these two schools of TCM?

Very simple. If the Chinese medicine doctor says it doesn't matter, he carefully inquires about your living habits and then points out your mistakes; you may prescribe a small medicine that is very cheap, or you may not prescribe medicine; then you have encountered the Tai Medical School.

On the other hand, if this Chinese medicine practitioner says that your disease is very dangerous, which is called liver and kidney deficiency, and spleen and kidney deficiency; fortunately, you meet him, otherwise you will die later; and then ask you how much money you bring, and ask you to prescribe a lot of expensive drugs, and may be very enthusiastic to help you pay for medicines; then even if you are unlucky, you have encountered the folk school. This is the usual trick of the folk school of one scare and three to ask for money. So the doctor is too enthusiastic, and we have to hide a little.

It should be pointed out that the wisdom of the doctor was forced out.

A folk doctor who sells medicine to cure a disease and has a medical accident can be closed privately; or he can be fined a little silver by the government; and he can even escape. And the doctor can't. Feudal society had strict procedures for selecting tai doctors. A folk doctor must be recommended by a magistrate in order to become a medical officer; when he becomes a medical officer, he must fill out a form and write the name and address of his father, mother, and wife; a magistrate is a guarantor. A medical officer must be recommended by the nobility to become a doctor; to become a doctor, he must also fill out the above forms. Why fill out the form again and look for a guarantor? Because as long as a tai doctor fails to prevent and treat it, he will be punished by dismissal, beating, exile, beheading, and exterminating the three ethnic groups.

The nobles do not listen to the excuses of the doctor, what congenital diseases, what incurable diseases, what drug reactions; if you can't cure them, you are guilty of deception. Not only will they kill you, but they will also wipe out your three tribes; even beat the guarantors to death. This is called a companion like a companion tiger.

Historically, many doctors have been punished extremely severely. My high ancestor Liu Chun was also dismissed from his post for killing Empress Yongle.

What about the doctor? Between beheading and rewarding, the only option for the doctor was to keep the nobles from getting sick. Therefore, Liu Chun did not resign and return to his hometown, but lifted his spirits and explored the method of prevention through the prison trial doctor, so that the nobles could not get sick, which saved many troubles of the tai doctor; at the same time, in the process of treating the disease, as much as possible to use the method of hunger and food therapy, and a small amount of drugs; thus avoiding the iatrogenic disease.

Liu Chun said in "The Theory of Mistreatment": "People are infected with diseases. Take it with an appetizer soup first. Drink broth to make up for it. Or seven points of nourishment also. Allow its internal organs to harmonize. The body is gradually settled. Then treat it with a strong medicine. Then the root of the disease fades away. Or the trinity also. So it should be healed. If not to reconcile the internal organs. Healers take a fierce medicine to make up for it. The sick man wants to live forever. However, nine deaths are a lifetime."

Liu Chun also said in "The Theory of Miscalculation": "The ruler. With the merciless grass stone. Correct the sentient body. Breeders. To the things of nature. Also nurture the body of nature. Chronic disease. Inner hypocrisy leads to evil. Three-point rule is advisable. Seven points. It is not to be abandoned. But. The karmic doctors do not know the multitude. Quacks kill people also. The sick do not know. The way to die also".

A trichotomy is treatment. Seven points of nourishment is to raise stomach qi and diet therapy. However, the three-point treatment of seven nutrients is not casual treatment, nor is it a random increase in stomach qi and dietary therapy. Treatment must be based on the elevation of stomach qi and dietary therapy to eradicate the disease. And for every disease, there are drugs that should be used for that disease. Since the treatment relies on gastric lifting and dietary therapy, the treatment only accounts for three points. The gastric qi and dietary therapy must be targeted. Every disease has an appetizing soup that should be drunk, and every disease has a broth that should be drunk. This targeted promotion of gastric qi and dietary therapy must save the patient's life, control the development of the disease, and lay the foundation for treatment. This is the most critical issue, so the rise of stomach qi and diet therapy accounted for seven points.

Seven-pointer is the basis of a three-point cure, which is very important as the basis of treatment; not without treatment. Just like building a house with a foundation, half the material of the building is used for the foundation. And just like the sharpening knife does not mistakenly cut wood, half of the kung fu of cutting wood is used to sharpen the knife. Like a home-cooked meal, half the time spent cooking is spent shopping for groceries. Seven points is the foundation, seven points is the sharpening knife, and seven points is buying vegetables. Therefore, if the foundation for curing the disease is not laid, it will be futile. Therefore, the three-point rule and seven-point nourishment is a very cautious method, and it is definitely not a rash slogan! It is precisely because of caution that this method has been studied repeatedly for a long sixty-six years.

Why is it called seven points of nourishment? It should be known that every two years, the officials of the Ming Dynasty used ten criteria to evaluate officials; when they reached eight, they were promoted, when they reached seven, they remained in office, and when they reached six, they were demoted. Therefore, the meaning of the seven points of nourishment is that in the process of treatment, if the patient seriously achieves health maintenance, then he can continue to survive in the human world.

Facts have proved that Liu Chun's later Taiyi adopted this way of health to prevent diseases, as well as the method of three-point treatment and seven-point nourishment to treat diseases; not only did not turn the palace into a large ward, but also did protect taiyi's own life; of course, he could also be promoted to a higher rank and rich. Therefore, the Tai Hospital of the Ming Dynasty and the Qing Dynasty all enshrined the portrait of Liu Chun and regarded him as the protective god of tai doctors.

Unfortunately, Liu Chun's health care method and the theory of three points and seven points of nutrition have long been kept secret by folk doctors. Even when we Chinese to eliminate feudalism, we threw Liu Chun's doctrine into the garbage. Now that I have put it together to serve humanity, it remains a valuable legacy of our Chinese.

The patient believes in the doctor; but if the quack kills, then the patient will be deprived of money. There is not a single patient in the world who thinks the treatment they are using is wrong. Any patient is victorious before going to the treatment. But why do times backfire? For example, patients with high blood pressure think that taking antihypertensive drugs is a winning card. But the blood pressure is normal, why does myocardial infarction occur? For example, diabetic patients think that taking hypoglycemic drugs is a winning voucher. But the blood sugar is normal, why is there a cerebral thrombosis? For example, cancer patients think that surgical radiotherapy and chemotherapy are in hand. But the lump is gone, why do you die? Therefore, how to treat their own diseases is a problem that every patient must think calmly about.

It should be noted that historically, folk schools have long been attacked by the government. In feudal society, in the Republic of China era, in the newly founded Houdu was hit. It was only during the Chinese Cultural Revolution that the slogan of a needle and a handful of grass lifted the folk school into the sky; however, the folk school almost destroyed Chinese medicine. As a result, the current school of folk schools that abuse drugs is still declared unwanted by many foreign governments. However, the folk schools still dominate TCM, so they are still the ones who ruin the reputation of TCM.

Chinese medicine has always emphasized disease prevention - the way of health; health care is the core issue of Tai Medicine.

In the history of world medicine, only Chinese medicine has a long and perfect set of methods for preventing diseases - the way of health. This kind of health experience emphasizes that the lifestyle should be simple and the diet structure should be simple; it can not only ensure the quality of life and natural life after use by people who do not have diseases; but also allow people who do not abide by the way of health and disease to use it, and can also ensure the quality of life and natural life. Therefore, the emphasis on health care is the reason why Chinese medicine has not decayed so far; it is also the fundamental difference between Chinese medicine and Western medicine.

In the 3rd century BC, the classic work of Chinese medicine, the Neijing, divided Chinese medicine into two types: "Shanggong cures no disease, and lower work cures disease." ”。 That is to say, there is a kind of clever doctor who emphasizes health, and there is a vulgar doctor who sells medicine for a living.

In the 12th century AD, my grandfather Liu Guansu put forward an important medical point of view: "Many diseases of human beings are caused by excessive calorie intake; therefore, we must pay attention to the problem of clearing heat." This view is still regarded as true by the medical community.

In the 15th century, my ancestor Liu Chun was ordered to be imprisoned from 1409 to 1475. He led more than 300 medical officers over sixty-six years, through the human trials of thousands of death row prisoners, and put forward the doctrine of three points and seven points. It is in the process of treatment, emphasizing health.

This book shows you that there are many health methods of Chinese medicine; but the Tai Yi health method has been the most respected since the Ming Dynasty. This is because the Ten Rules of Taiyi Health are simple and easy, and safe and effective. It is created according to the three basic principles of the classic work of Chinese medicine, the Neijing: (1) To work to cure the disease, and to cure the disease in the next work. (2) If there is stomach gas, it is born, and if there is no stomach gas, it will die. (3) The righteous qi is stored within, and the evil cannot be interfered with.

This method tells you the daily steps of life from waking up in the morning; therefore it is very easy for the public to learn to master, and it is also very close to modern health theory. In fact, many diseases are eaten, gas is eaten, and idle; and taiyi health care is to let the public avoid these problems. Therefore, this health care method has been used for a long time, and many Chinese and foreign people are talking about it.

Practice has proved that there are millions of people in the world who use Tai Yi health, their physical health is disease-free, their mental and physical strength is abundant; they save medical expenses, they avoid the pain of illness, and they do not bring trouble to their families. Their health status shows that a person can not have infectious diseases, that a person can not have cancer, diabetes, and hypertension, and that a person can continue to be an official, an entrepreneur, and a scientist in old age. Therefore, the Method of Taiyi Health Care has been spread to all parts of the world by ten or ten times, and has been spread to foreigners by Chinese people around the world.

Interlacing is like a mountain, but interlacing is not separated. Floods are terrible; no one wants the flood to flood their homeland and build another home. Fires are terrible; no one wants the fire to destroy the property and instead get rich from nothing more. In the same way, illness is terrible; no one wants to get sick themselves, but to seek medical treatment. Therefore, prevention is the aim of many industries.

Therefore, we should emphasize the elevation of stomach qi, emphasize the excretion of toxins, emphasize weight-bearing exercise, and emphasize the diet of three highs and one low: high protein, high vitamins, high fiber, and low calories. Although Liu's health cannot make people immortal, a person learning Liu's health can prevent diseases. We humans are too superstitious about the healing role of doctors. In fact, the doctor's duty is to prevent disease, followed by the wisdom of the treatment method; and the treatment method is not omnipotent.

Health maintenance is not only a way for healthy people to prevent diseases, but also a basic treatment method for people who are sick without using health care.

This book shows you that the principle of treating the sick seems to be correct, but in fact it is one-sided. For the doctor treats the living; and the characteristics of the living are that if they have stomach gas, they are born, and if they do not have stomach gas, they die. Therefore, the doctor must consider the treatment of the disease under the premise of raising the patient's stomach gas. Otherwise, the doctor's efforts are futile. For example, if a cancer patient can no longer drink water or eat, if the doctor gives him radiotherapy and chemotherapy, it will accelerate his death. Therefore, every patient has an appetizing soup that should be drunk.

This book also explains to you that doctors not only require patients to have stomach gas, but also consider that many diseases are caused by a lack of a certain nutrient, which cannot be completely corrected by drugs. So if the patient thinks that only drugs can cure the disease, then it is too ignorant. For example, cancer patients lack hard protein and should therefore supplement beef hoof tendons; hypertensive patients lack keratin, so they should supplement the meat skin; anemia patients lack ferritin, so beef liver should be supplemented. Therefore, every patient has nutrients that should be supplemented.

The book also shows you that doctors not only require patients to have stomach gas and ask patients to supplement with certain nutrients that are lacking; they must also consider that the patient's wrong way of life can create diseases, destroy efficacy, and recur diseases. Because a person's various lifestyles have pharmacological effects; not just drugs have pharmacological effects. Even patients with very serious lifestyle violations are extremely difficult to treat. Therefore, every patient should correct the wrong way of life.

Clinical practice has proved that for chronic diseases, the first seven-point nutrition will not delay the disease; because the seven-point nutrition is the basic treatment that promotes the stability of the condition, and only when the active disease is controlled, then specialized treatment is safe and effective. Especially in the treatment of cancer, only the use of seven points to wrap the cancer block tightly, and then the use of rock control scatter can play a role in closing the door and hitting the dog. It should be noted that many mild patients can cure the disease by using heptych nutrients without the need for medication.

It can be seen that targeted health care - to lift stomach qi, supplement certain nutrients, correct the wrong way of life; is the most critical issue. Therefore, treatment accounts for only three points, while health care accounts for seven points.

It should be pointed out that only the use of health care, the preservation of the patient's life, and the control of the development of the disease can be considered for treatment. However, many clinical failures at present are precisely ignoring health maintenance. Of course, in the treatment of acute and chronic diseases, there are different ways to use trinity and heptalitus. In the treatment of acute diseases, the three-point treatment and the seven-point nutrition should be carried out at the same time. The treatment of chronic diseases first requires seven points of nutrition, and then with three points of treatment; and seven points of nutrition should be implemented in the future treatment process.

Throughout clinical history, some diseases are difficult to treat precisely because doctors and patients ignore health problems; thus creating a large number of clinical failures; and thus creating many myths of incurable diseases. Yes, if we still ignore the health problem now, then a large number of clinical failures will continue forever. So this book lets you do it yourself; prescribe your own food to buy appetizer soup; buy your own therapeutic supplies, and correct the wrong way of life yourself. First save your life, and then go to the cure. It is precisely because the patients are allowed to do it themselves, so that many folk doctors' financial resources are cut off; therefore, the three-point treatment and seven-point maintenance are resisted by the folk doctors.

It should be pointed out that from a historical point of view, the difficulty of promoting the use of three-point treatment and seven-point nutrition is that it is difficult to find a three-point drug. This book tells the public about Liu Chun's experimental process, so that the careful public can find the idea of three-point cure according to the experimental process; they can find the applicable proprietary Chinese medicines in the local market to eliminate the lesions. Then the three-point rule and seven-point nourishment can be popularized. And the trinity is just the finishing touch; yet the dragon that doesn't have the finishing touch is not a little caterpillar.

While emphasizing that hepta-nutrient is the basic treatment, the importance of eliminating the trichotomy of lesions cannot be ignored. But the triad must be safe and effective.

Doctors turn people who can eat into anorexic people, blind people into deaf people, and living people into dead people; this is called iatrogenic disease. But it is not a medical error, nor a medical accident, nor a medical malpractice; it is a new disease legally created by the doctor in the process of treatment. Iatrogenic diseases account for about 30% of all human diseases, of which about 75% of patients die. The abuse or overuse of treatments has harmed many people; it is really better not to use them. Many people, especially confused people, are particularly fond of drugs, believing that they can bring rapid results.

Many folk medicines do work, but efficacy and longevity are two different things. Shortening life expectancy in order to achieve rapid efficacy is very tragic. For example, opium does have a rapid pain relief effect, but the use of opium will endanger people's lifespan. Another example: arsenic can indeed kill cancer cells, but it can cause the death of cancer patients. Another example: Mutong can indeed diuretic, but can cause uremia in patients. Therefore, we must pay attention to health and use medicine cautiously.

Yes, the method of dividing the three into seven is simple, even doubtfully simple. In fact, the book "Neijing", which is regarded as a treasure book of Chinese medicine, points out that the human syndrome group only has nineteen disease mechanisms, and my grandfather Liu Guansu has added another one; my high ancestor Liu Chun simplified it to sixteen, which shows that the research attitude of the ancients was very rigorous. However, these extremely simple methods have been clinically tested for hundreds of years. But modern Chinese medicine divides the syndrome into tens of millions of articles; these numerous terms not only make it extremely difficult for Chinese students to remember, but also make foreign students daunted. For many years, our Liu family has used sixteen types of three-point and seven-part nourishment to treat people. This is the open secret of our Liu family. Therefore, Chinese medicine textbooks do not have to be mysterious. Each of us who read this set of books can learn from us without a teacher.

At a time when the incidence and mortality of various diseases remain high, all kinds of magical advertisements are flying everywhere, and medical expenses are sky-high; this book tells you that diseases are not terrible. The reason why it is terrible is that the patient has given up health and is at the mercy of some doctors. So he was scared to death by the doctor, poisoned by the doctor, and starved to death by the doctor. And now in the world, health nutrients are already abundant; why do some people still eat expensive poisons? It's inexplicable.

A man who is sick has nothing to do with me. Because everyone has the right to choose the way to prevent and treat disease. Although a person always has to die, the natural life expectancy of man is about 120 years, but the vast majority of people die of illness; and we ourselves toss ourselves to death. Life is in your heart, and I hope you will be kind to your own life. That is my appeal.

The book was written in the form of a rambling conversation. However, I have no intention of blaming certain doctors for their enthusiasm for charging; because some hospitals have gone from public welfare to toll booths. Nor do I mean to accuse some patients of being medically illiterate; because patients do not have to be proficient in medicine. Moreover, the propaganda of three points and seven points of nutrition will not smash the rice bowl of Western medicine; because epidemic prevention, diagnosis, surgery, and rescue still rely on Western medicine. Moreover, the propaganda of three points and seven points will not smash the rice bowl of the folk school, because the folk school has irreplaceable wisdom in the treatment of orthopedics.

However, no matter how good the treatment, it is still best not to be sick; because the doctor is not omnipotent.

Liu Chun said in the "Short-lived Article Discernment": "The husband is a person who is wrong with himself. He also said, "He who is deeply mistaken and terminally ill." The medical worker's resignation is not curable. "That is to say, patients, especially chronic patients, are people who have made mistakes. Since most of the patients received by TCM are terminally ill people, or people who refuse to correct lifestyle mistakes, and people who receive other treatments at the same time; therefore, for those who cannot control their condition after a month of seven years of maintenance; we doctors should resign and not treat them.

However, three-point treatment and seven-part nutrition is really not a panacea, it is just a way to treat chronic diseases. Our Liu family has been engaged in traditional Chinese medicine for more than 800 years, and many people have been tai doctors in the past, also known as oncology doctors; but they have never dared to be proud and complacent. Because I can't do anything about many of the symptoms of cancer, such as pain, insomnia, pleural fluid, ascites, pericardial effusion, cerebral edema, mental disorders, epilepsy, superior vena cava compression syndrome, paraplegia, etc. And in fact, many dying patients have no possibility of resurrection, and can only use the seven-point method to prolong their lives. Moreover, the current serious pollution of air, water, nutrients, and natural medicines has also reduced the expected efficacy of this therapy.

This book is through Liu Chun's human experiments one by one, telling you, how should you divide the three-point rule? How should the seven nutrients be fed? This is an important means of ensuring the quality of life and natural life expectancy. Medicine is the historical experience of human life; modern man cannot abandon historical experience and believe in hearsay. So it may be necessary for you to revisit the experience of the ancients and think about things that seem to be in hand but are actually counterproductive.

The ultimate purpose of this book is to let you correctly understand many real and false phenomena, so as to get out of many plausible misunderstandings and traps. At a time when the mortality rate of various diseases is high, all kinds of propaganda advertisements are flying everywhere, and medical expenses are sky-high; this book tells you that diseases are not terrible. The reason why it is terrible is that the patient has given up the ability to save himself and is at the mercy of the doctor. So remind you, don't let the doctor kill you! That is our call.

Everyone dies after birth; but dying of disease, especially from drug poisoning, is a senseless sacrifice; but why should one choose the path of death? In the face of many patients who are dying from being mutilated by doctors, I can only advise him to use seven points to prolong his life, which is a painful choice that doctors have no choice but to make.

We need to remember the basic concept of Taiyi health.

Some people think that Taiyi health care is something I made up. Wrong, such a pithy statement is not the summary of decades of clinical experience of any modern person; moreover, I am a graduate of the University of Western Medicine.

Now fashionable personal creation and invention, I can fully say that the three-point seven-point nourishment is that after decades of hard work, self-taught talent, clinical experience, and even tired of vomiting blood, I finally came to a conclusion, so that I can personally become famous.

Now that fashionable individuals are getting rich, I can completely open a private hospital, so I use flavored appetizer soup in a mysterious way, and add condiments to boil various broths, saying that this is called A soup, B soup, C soup, so that I can personally make a fortune.

Now it is fashionable to use medicine to raise medicine, I can completely spend money to buy a few national medicine quasi-characters, create a large number of fake and inferior control rock scatter, degeneration scatter, Fengshui scatter, etc., in hospitals and medicine stores across the country to sell, so that the Chinese market can prosper.

Although these evil thoughts seem to be legitimate, they are not tolerated by heaven, and I am afraid of severe punishment by the family. Why can't China's 3.75 million health workers incisively discuss the way to health, but I can? Because Taiyi health care is not my invention, but the result of Liu Chun, a Ming Dynasty taiyi; this result was summarized by the purpose of experimenting with a prisoner and exploring, and according to the current parlance, it can be counted as a service invention. This invention is the common wealth of our fellow citizens, so let our fellow citizens share it; I am merely inheriting it! It is my usual proposition to let patients buy their own medical supplies and not to engage in the policy of fooling the people; I have even made market alternative drugs public.

The reason why I publish part of the content of Taiyi Health Care is because there are too many people in China who think that the ancients were all fools, and this strange impression is caused by the evil Manchu Qing Dynasty; it is because too many people in China kill my compatriots in the name of science, and because there are too many stupid worms in China who are ignorant and have lost everything.

In fact, the ancient doctors, like eunuchs and palace women, were slaves of the nobility, and their status was far inferior to that of eunuchs and palace women; they were slaughtered like pigs and dogs by the nobles at every turn, without having to pass the official court trial.

It should be pointed out that a family has a doctor, and he cannot be expected to support the family, because the salary of the doctor is very low, so there are other people in the family who practice medicine, become officials, and do business; the survival of this family has been described very clearly in the TV series "The Gate of the Big House".

That is to say, the special situation of low wages and high risks of Taiyi determines that they take prevention as the mainstay and treatment as a supplement as a method of self-protection, so the culture of Taiyi is a culture of blood and tears; objectively speaking, this method is exactly what we should study today. In fact, the wise doctor is in prevention, not in curing.

Taiyi health care is a culture, and any culture has four basic characteristics:

The first is regional. It belongs either to a people, or to a country, or to a region.

The second is historicity. It is the conscious consciousness that the people of these nations, countries or regions have experienced and accumulated in the long process of their own historical development. As a traditional spiritual consciousness, after the formation of culture, it in turn deeply affects, promotes and regulates the future development process of this nation, country or region.

The third is social integrity. A nation, country or region can become a nation, country or region because their people have their own common culture on which they live and live. A common culture binds independent individuals and families together to form a common national, national or regional society.

The fourth is the broadness of society. As the overall spiritual consciousness of a nation, country or region, culture involves and influences all aspects of the people's and social life of that nation, country or region, including the common language and writing they use, the knowledge system they have, the common system they have established, the way of life they prefer, and so on.

Since Taiyi Health care has the above four basic characteristics, we call Taiyi health care a Chinese culture.

What is Taiyi Health talking about?

Taiyi Health did not talk about political and military issues, but described how to prevent and treat chronic diseases:

(1) Taiyi health care is a traditional Chinese culture; it is a medicine with Chinese national characteristics, which is mainly based on prevention and supplemented by treatment, passed down from generation to generation and constantly innovated.

(2) The basic idea of Taiyi health care is to emphasize that the disease is born at home, so the public is required to adopt the correct lifestyle to prevent and treat the disease.

(3) Taiyi health care is divided into two parts: the way of health and the three-point treatment of seven parts. Disease prevention is the use of hunger, dietary therapy, physical therapy, heart therapy, abstinence of the way of health; after the occurrence of disease, to use the method of three points of seven nutrients, that is, the use of health as the basic treatment, coupled with non-toxic oral drugs, as well as harmless external treatment.

(4) The basic role of Taiyi health care is to prevent and treat chronic diseases; the purpose of treating chronic diseases is to ensure the quality of life and natural life of patients.

(5) The emergence of Taiyi's health care was due to the Ming Dynasty's Yongle Emperor's cruel blows on Taiyi's medical errors, medical negligence, and medical accidents, so that there was an allusion to the bloody suppression of preferring to kill three thousand by mistake and not to let go of one; this forced Taiyi to change the simple view of treatment and emphasize prevention.

(6) The formation of Taiyi's health was Liu Chun, the Yongle Tai physician of the Ming Dynasty, because after he killed the Yongle Empress Xu Yihua in 1407, after being dismissed by the Yongle Emperor, he was assigned to the Zhao Prison as a prisoner and was ordered to be imprisoned for medical treatment; after 66 years of medical experiments, he summarized the way of health and the method of three points and seven points.

(7) The basis of Taiyi health care is human experimentation, medicine is a practical technology, even if it is used in people, then it must be confirmed by human experimentation; this is different from the ancient other ethnic medicine in practice, and also different from Western medicine emphasizing the efficiency of cells, animals, and subjects.

(8) The historical effect of Taiyi health care was used in the Ming and Qing dynasties' Tai Hospital, the central government's good medical office, the army's medical officer's office, the prefecture's official medical bureau and other official hospitals, this method not only prevented and treated the chronic diseases of large and small officials, but also saved the cost of public-funded medical treatment at the imperial court.

(9) The sinking of Taiyi health care in China was due to the fact that after the overthrow of the Manchu Qing, many Chinese mistakenly believed that Taiyi health care was the decadent culture of the Manchu Qing Dynasty; and because of the prevalence of Western medicine that emphasized the simple view of treatment, Taiyi health care was trampled underfoot.

(10) The modern clinical use of Taiyi health care proves that the way of health can not only overcome sub-health conditions such as obesity, but also has a good effect on chronic diseases such as cancer, coronary heart disease, diabetes, hepatitis, rheumatism and so on; and the cost of prevention and treatment is also significantly lower than that of Western medicine and modern Chinese medicine.

Please note that the way of health maintenance is only practiced in government hospitals, not to treat the people as grass, because the government must make rules for officials, and these rules cannot be imposed on the people.

For example, brothels in the Ming and Qing dynasties were approved by the government, but the government strictly forbade officials to enter prostitution, and specially set up envoys to arrest officials who were prostitutes; what was the end of officials' prostitution? Expulsion from public office! Why is it illegal for officials to prostitute themselves, while it is legal for ordinary people to do so? That's what the government says!

For example, the governments of the Ming and Qing dynasties strictly forbade officials to listen to entertainers singing in public; ordinary people could. Why is it so illegal for officials and so legal for ordinary people? That's what the government says!

For another example, the governments of the Ming and Qing dynasties strictly forbade officials to stop the car and shout injustice, and even did not allow the subordinates to expose the superiors; but the common people could stop the car and shout injustice. Officials can be exposed for their evil deeds. Why? That's what the government says!

In the same way, officials of the Ming and Qing dynasties had to follow the path of health. Why? That's what the government says! Because the way of health deprives people of the freedom to eat sea plugs, enjoy comfort, seven passions and six desires, eat all day long, and liberate sexual affairs; it cannot be used as a unified criterion for officials and the people, but can only be used as a rule for officials.

In fact, the officials of the Ming and Qing dynasties had an interview, and if the test taker was obese, he would face the danger of not being hired or dismissed from public office; this forced the test taker to take the way of health, and the people did not want to be an official, naturally did not have to use the way of health.

It can be seen that officials cannot be confused with the common people, and officials rely on taxpayers to support themselves; therefore, in addition to strict discipline, officials have many special regulations.

However, the modern difficulty of promoting Taiyi health care is the extremely important beef hoof tendon in dietary therapy, because the quality of cattle taken from annual cattle is not as good as that of cultivated cattle more than five years ago; therefore, if it is not possible to produce hard protein in large quantities, then Taiyi health will fall into crisis.

Please note that we are mainly talking about the content of Taiyi health care treatment of chronic diseases here, but Taiyi health care also includes methods for treating acute diseases; since Western medicine is more advanced than it, we will not repeat it. But we can't think that ancient medical officers would not anesthetize and relieve pain, would not deal with war wounds, trauma, burns, and would not extract teeth; even ancient medical officers used hemorrhoids and leaky plugs to treat hemorrhoids and fistulas than Western medicine.

Taiyi health is not the opposite of Western medicine.

Western medicine's methods of epidemic prevention, diagnosis, surgery, rescue and other methods provide the whole process of protection from the early stage to the later stage for the health care application of Taiyi.

In fact, to engage in the work of contemporary Taiyi health care, we need talents who understand both Traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, and only by using the theory of modern medicine to explain the content of Taiyi culture can Taiyi health care be understood and trusted by the public.

At the same time, the way of health can also greatly improve the quality of treatment of Western medicine, because it can provide patients with physical protection. Even for critically ill acute patients, the success rate of treatment combined with health care is far higher than that of treatment alone.

Taiyi health care is also not opposed to modern Chinese medicine.

Treating acute diseases is not the strength of modern Chinese medicine, and patients treating chronic diseases do not look for modern Chinese medicine, so modern Chinese medicine needs to be revitalized in China.

If Chinese medicine hospitals emphasize the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases, then modern Chinese medicine and Western medicine have clearly defined the differences and positioning. Will modern Chinese medicine gain wider public support as a result, and will it change its current embarrassing situation?

In the process of dialectical treatment of Taiyi health, a large number of modern Chinese medicine with clinical experience is needed; if modern Chinese medicine adds health care to the treatment, then the efficacy will be like a tiger. External treatment methods, such as orthopedics, massage, hands, gua sha and other operations, are inseparable from modern Chinese medicine.

In short, the only things that China can raise its eyebrows in the world today are the way of Confucius and Mencius, sun tzu's art of war, and Taiyi health; because health is the theme of human beings, and China's Taiyi health can make human health.

China's medical reform, including all countries in the world, no matter how it is changed, if it does not put prevention first, let doctors understand that medical technology cannot cure all diseases, let patients understand that diseases are born from their own families, then their future can only be repeatedly defeated; and the consequence of this futile medical reform is that the number of casualties is far greater than the world war, just like the commander ordered soldiers to charge at the enemy's machine guns, and the soldiers fell one by one. This is the tragedy of the sick today, yet no one is posthumously recognized as a martyr.

The original manuscript of the book was written by my grandfather.

It should be pointed out that the three-point rule and seven-point nourishment are the colloquial language of our Chinese, and even the Chinese people around the world; this shows that the concept of TCM health care has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. The original manuscript of this "Three Points and Seven Points of Nourishment" was written by my grandfather, Liu Fengchi, a medical attendant of the The President of the Republic of China Province, in 1931 to the then Peking Guo Medical College, the introductory lecture note of traditional Chinese medicine, "Long Talk about three points and seven points of nourishment". It is said to be very popular with teachers and students, and its manuscripts are still popular all over the world. In September 2001, I accompanied a delegation of experts from the Chinese Ministry of Health to Thailand to investigate AIDS. I heard that there was an old Chinese medicine doctor in Bangkok Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital who was very famous, so I went to visit. It turned out that for many years, he used a variety of flavored appetizer soups for patients to treat diseases, which was very popular with patients. I heard that I was Liu Fengchi's grandson, so he took out the manuscript, which made me very moved.

This book tells you that the highest technique of medicine is to make people sick, not to cure diseases. Can a person not be seriously ill for a lifetime? Yes, you can use the regimen. Can a person be flexible all his life? Yes, you can use the regimen. Can a person be energetic for a lifetime? Yes, you can use the regimen. Therefore, it is believed that people who are old and yellow must be sick, but they do not understand the way of health. But learning the way of health is not an easy task; and the way of health cannot make people live forever, but can only make people end up without disease. However, a person must think of danger in peace and take the initiative to prevent diseases in order to avoid the disaster of innocence. If you use the three-point seven-point nourishment, you can live a healthy and safe life until you are one hundred years old. This is the author's publicity success.

The book was written in the form of a rambling conversation. Since it is a rambling conversation, we must talk about New China from the Ming Dynasty, the Qing Dynasty, and the Republic of China. Since it is a rambling conversation, we must talk about the United States from China. Since it is a rambling conversation, it is necessary to laugh and scold all articles, and natural disasters and man-made disasters do not think; we must expose the shortcomings of the times. Since it is a rambling conversation, it is necessary to tell the wrong experiences of many patients; to tell the unfortunate deaths of many patients; to tell the nine deaths of many patients. If some of the things narrated arouse the displeasure of the people concerned, it is also purely accidental. We apologize.

This book explains the detailed operation methods of Liu's health and three-point seven-point nutrition, although it adds a lot of modern content, it is still named after "Three-point And Seven-Point"; it is to remember that Mr. Stuart, the former US ambassador to China, was called my grandfather who was the first person to treat cancer in China.
