Li Chun was elected mayor of Sanming

According to the WeChat public account of Fujian Daily, on the morning of August 11, the sixth session of the 13th People's Congress of Sanming City held its second plenary meeting to conduct election matters. The delegates attending the meeting used secret ballot to elect Li Chun as the mayor of Sanming Municipal People's Government.

Li Chun has been a long-term employee of the company, serving as vice mayor of Fuzhou in 2016, transferred to the deputy secretary of the Sanming Municipal Party Committee in July this year, and later served as the acting mayor of the municipal government, and has been elected mayor.

According to the official resume, Li Chunsheng was born in March 1969, taught at the Fujian Building Materials Industrial School in the early days, and later entered the Fujian Petrochemical Industry Company, where he served as deputy director of the Planning and Finance Department and assistant director of the Financial Assets Department.

In 2007, Li Chun was appointed as the deputy director of the accounting center (finance department, fund management department) of Sinopec Senmei (Fujian) Petroleum Co., Ltd., and in 2012, he was appointed as the director of the internal control department.

In 2013, Li Chun served as the chief accountant and party committee member of Fujian Investment and Development Group Co., Ltd., and in June 2015, he also served as a director of Fujian Automobile Industry Group Co., Ltd.

In 2016, Li Chun was transferred to fuzhou as vice mayor, responsible for education, culture, health and family planning, sports, radio, film and television, news and publication, cultural market management, cultural relics, tourism, government system spiritual civilization construction, civilized city construction, patriotic health, municipal government press release, cultural and creative industry development, municipal government development research, local history and other aspects of the work.
