On the morning of October 27, Wang Wei, deputy secretary of the party committee and deputy director of the management committee of the Yongcheng Industrial Agglomeration Zone, went to Tuobin Street to investigate and guide the construction of the township and the rectification of weak and scattered villages. Wang Wei and his party successively went to the Tuobin Street Emergency Management Command Center, the Street Culture Station and the Beihao Village for on-site investigation and guidance. During the investigation, Wang Wei expressed full affirmation for the construction of the emergency management system in Tuobin Street, and pointed out that the grass-roots emergency materials should be "prepared enough, mobilized, transported, managed daily, and used at critical moments", effectively improving the front-line emergency prevention and control capabilities and emergency rescue efficiency.
During the research and guidance of the cultural station, Wang Wei inspected the relevant materials for the creation of civilized cities across the country, learned more about the hardware facilities, resource sharing and activity organization of the cultural station, and fully affirmed the achievements made by the street in the construction and operation of the comprehensive cultural service center. He stressed that cultural stations should base themselves on reality, serve the masses, give play to the role of grass-roots public culture, enrich the content of services, and enliven the spiritual and cultural life of the grass-roots masses.
Wang Wei went to the Beihao Village Party and Mass Service Center to listen to the secretary of the village branch report on the basic situation of the village, conducted in-depth exchanges with the personnel of the "two committees" of the village, and patiently asked about the problems faced by the village in the process of development. Wang Wei stressed that carrying out the special rectification work of weak and scattered grass-roots party organizations is not only a top priority for consolidating the foundation of the grass-roots level, but also a favorable opportunity to enhance social governance.
