The internal thread is dethreaded using a floating B plate structure, first of all, there are usually only 2 types of dethreading structures:
The first is that the tooth shaft recedes and the product does not move
The second is that the tooth shaft rotates in situ, and the product goes forward (the floating B plate structure is quite to use the B plate to top the product to go forward, and the bullet spring behind the B plate makes the product have the force to go forward)
This set of molds uses the second kind of thinking, the motor drives the gear rotation, the gear then drives the original rotation of the tooth shaft, the tooth shaft on both sides of the product is also rotated in situ, and when it is rotated, it pushes the tooth to go forward, which is the classic place of this set of molds.
This design typically has 2 considerations:
01 The weight of the parts on the whole B board is too heavy, and it is worried that the spring top will not move the B plate, and the ejection structure on both sides is more stable.
02 The tooth shaft rotates in situ to push the product forward, the main force is the thread of the product, the spring is only auxiliary, if the thread is not thick enough, it is easy to twist the product

To add a little, how to push out the product, the product is immersed in the mold core, the floating plate will not go forward, the mold core and the B board are fixed together, and the product can only be taken out manually.
The shortcomings of this set of molds, the size of the motor main rotation gear and other times to rotate the gear, the motor needs a lot of torque when it first turns, and it is easy to get stuck and turn.
Usually the main rotation gear and the secondary rotation gear transmission are compared to 1/2, for example, the main rotation gear is 30 teeth, and the secondary rotation gear is 60 teeth, so that it is more reasonable.
Small knot: Usually the thick thread is made of floating plate structure, with its own ejection function, and the thin screw is used with a uncrewed structure.
