More than 60 young reporters and teachers participated in the event, aiming to feel the charm of Fushun's "source of salt, talent township, and bean flower city" through collecting wind, and to understand the protection and inheritance status of the provincial intangible cultural heritage of Fushun bean flower and dipping water production process.
Under the leadership of the commentators of Meile Company, the young reporters visited the Fushun Hot Sauce Culture and History Exhibition Hall and production workshop to understand the Fushun bean flower culture, the development of spicy sauce and the production process of the company's products. At the event, the young reporters also used Merlot products as raw materials to prepare a variety of dishes. The delicious, spicy and fragrant cuisine made by Meile products made the young reporters praise and aroused their curiosity to inquire into the delicious "secret" of the company's technicians.
