According to reports, because the time is not too late, people in many places have witnessed the spectacle of "fireballs" crossing the night sky, which once became a hot topic on social media.
Fujii Daichi, who specializes in astronomical research at the Hiratsuka City Museum in Kanagawa Prefecture, said it could be that fragments of asteroids and other materials burned after entering the Earth's atmosphere, forming a sparkling "fireball."
Fujii also said that "compared to ordinary meteors, this 'fireball' is slower and brighter than moonlight."
