Taizhou won the first Jiangsu Provincial Chess League championship

From October 22nd to 24th, under the guidance of Jiangsu Chess and Card Sports Management Center, sponsored by Jiangsu Chess Sports Association and Jiangsu Kunshan Huaqiao Economic Development Zone Management Committee, Kunshan Municipal Bureau of Culture, Sports, Radio, Television and Tourism, and the Party and Group Work Department of Jiangsu Kunshan Huaqiao Economic Development Zone, the first Jiangsu Provincial Chess League ended in Kunshan.

In order to prepare for this competition, Taizhou Chess Association carefully organized, carefully planned, flexible deployment, all team members work together, after 2 days and 7 rounds of fierce fighting, all team members worked hard to win the team championship of this competition. Nanjing City and Nantong City won the second and third places respectively, and Zhenjiang City, Wuxi City, Kunshan Huaqiao Economic Development Zone, Xuzhou City and Yangzhou City won the fourth to eighth places respectively.

The competition is a team chess tournament with a total of four chess pieces, the first three are individual matches, and the fourth is a double chess match. Nanjing, Suzhou, Wuxi, Changzhou, Zhenjiang, Nantong, Yangzhou, Taizhou, Huai'an, Lianyungang, Yancheng, Xuzhou, Suqian and specially invited organizers teamed up to participate. The tournament implements the "Xiangqi Competition Rules 2020 Edition" approved by the Chinese Chess Association, and the competition adopts a seven-round points arrangement competition and a temporary fixed stage system.
