Mo Wentong said to the great Han: "If you don't see this kind of thing with your own eyes, you can't listen to it, and if you wrongfully accuse her, not only will you kill a person, but your reputation will also be ruined." Let her go! She also blamed the poor one, the stepmother provoked, and the father did not care about her daughter. I have some silver for you here, as a reward for letting her have a way to live. ’

Since she was a child, she has been cared for like being held in the palm of her hand, worried that she will die again in the middle of the way. The money spent on the child increased as she grew older, but by the time she was fourteen years old, she fell ill and died.
The eldest woman mourned day and night, did not sleep or eat, could not bear to cover the coffin, and stared at the daughter in the coffin every day, and saw that her face was always beautiful; until one day, a senior monk passed by and told her the law of the cycle of birth and death; at the same time, she told her: "Fornication" and "killing" are the fundamental conditions that cause all sentient beings, the cycle of death and life, and the cycle of reincarnation. And the most difficult thing for all sentient beings to give up is "fornication", and the most easy to offend is "killing". Mortals only believe in what they can discern with their naked eyes, while ghosts and gods can see what ideas are being played in people's hearts and do something unknown to the people; therefore, "even if the Yang Fa has the possibility of injustice, the Yin Law has no chance to escape." These words were so loud that they reverberated in the woman's ears and minds, so that they reverberated throughout the house, and she was terrified, and finally she gradually realized that she had stopped mourning; and then she went inside to look down at her daughter's body, and suddenly felt that the smell was unbearable. So he immediately pleaded with the monk to take refuge in her ordination and thoroughly repent of the evil deeds he had done before.
On the way to the temple the next day, a poisonous snake hovered on the road, and the monk knew the reason and gave it an explanation; the eldest woman also crouched on the ground, weeping and praying for repentance. After the monk gave the serpent three ordinations and five precepts, he advised it: 'Do not hate himself any longer, and trap himself in the path of evil, ugly in appearance and annoying, and if he encounters a strong man and kills him with anger, he will die again.' There is no end to life and death. After a moment, the serpent swam away with its head held high.
Gu Shuyun: 'Whoever commits adultery or adulterous wife and daughter will be rewarded with the extinction of his heirs.' 'What evil karma has the nobles committed?' Only he knew. However, the absence of offspring is not a matter of marrying a wife and a concubine to achieve one's wishes, but because of the fire of jealousy, the vines burn endlessly, causing family discord and causing human life. Mother and child are dead, will the ghosts in the underworld be willing to give up? And how long can you keep your child's life? It depends on whether the grievances can be resolved!
Among all the sentient beings in the world, every moment in a different corner, something that seems to be coincidental and strange happens. For the current social chaos, we should take this as a warning, check our thoughts and behaviors, actively imitate Goode, and learn to be good, so that misfortunes will not come to us.
