Eldest brother: Li Yuxu, no. Minfeng, born in 1910 in Shuanghe Township, Daxian County, Sichuan Province. From 1925 to 1926, he studied at Daxian Middle School. In 1927, he went to Wuhan to study at Chucai Middle School. In the spring of 1928, he was admitted to the Transportation Department of the Whampoa Military Academy and graduated in 1929. He later graduated from the 1st class of the Army Engineer School. He successively served as the commander of the 16th Regiment of Platoons, Companies, Battalions and Independent Engineers, the commander of the engineers of the group army and corps, the commander of the theater traffic, and the commander of regional appeasement. In military academies, he has successively served as a teaching assistant, instructor, education adjutant, teaching battalion commander, major general of the Academic Affairs Office of the Army Engineer School, director of the training department, director of the research department, and deputy education chief. After the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War, he went to Shanghai to participate in the construction of the Beijing-Shanghai-Hangzhou national defense fortifications, and in 1939 he was appointed as the head of the engineering department of the Army Special Forces Joint Branch, and was awarded the rank of major general. In August 1949, he was appointed major general of the 15th Corps, and on December 24, he participated in the uprising in Pi County, Sichuan. In 1950, he studied at Chongqing Southwest Military and Political University. From 1951 to September 1952, he was a teacher and leader of the Teaching Group at the Second Senior Infantry School of the People's Liberation Army of Chinese Chongqing. Later, he was transferred to the Military Engineering College of the People's Liberation Army of Harbin Chinese, and was a teacher and teaching team leader. In February 1961, due to illness, he transferred to Wuhan and served as a counselor of the Hubei Provincial People's Government. In 1984, he served as the deputy director of the Counselor's Office of the Hubei Provincial People's Government, the executive director of the Hubei Provincial Foreign Economic Committee, and the vice president of the Huangpu Military Academy Alumni Association of Hubei Province.
Mr. Li Yuxu is a member of the sixth class of the Whampoa Military Academy.
