Fortunately, in the early stage, Huangtang Village leveraged the help to promote the construction of key projects, and 3 of the 7 natural villages under its jurisdiction started the transformation of urban villages in advance, and the current signing rate reached 99%, while the other 4 natural villages were also very popular, and more than 90% of the villagers hoped to catch the "last train" of the current urban village transformation policy.
Although it is a newly identified contact village this year, Jin Zheng is very familiar with the situation in Huangtang Village, not only affirming the gratifying changes that have occurred in the early stage and vigorously promoting the implementation of key projects; he also bluntly said that the key to the problem of lagging development in the past lies in the lack of combat effectiveness and cohesion of village-level organizations. "You can't just relax because the change is imminent; you can't use the upcoming transformation as an excuse to be indifferent to the dirty environment."
