After the guidance class, Li Wei answered the questions raised by the students one by one in terms of occupation, position, and academics.
Career mentor Li Panpan guides students to do a good job in career planning and academic planning in a scientific, effective and accurate manner. At the same time, guidance is carried out for different grades, pointing out that first-year students should clarify the professional goals and career development direction of the four years of university, and formulate scientific life, learning and career development plans. Sophomore students should have basic professional qualities and vocational skills. Third-year students should have a clear career orientation, a comprehensive and in-depth career experience, more understanding of the occupations and positions they want to pursue after graduation, and further supplement and optimize professional knowledge and accumulate the core skills required for the career. Career mentor Li Yuefeng held a career symposium to care about students' needs from the aspect of life, care about students' physical and mental health, guide students' psychology, care about students' academic situation and personality development, guide students to improve learning methods, improve academic performance, and encourage students to participate in cultural and recreational activities, volunteer activities, discipline competitions, etc. at the symposium to improve their humanistic literacy.
