In this practice, the practice group first conducted a survey of 100 people. For the red figures they searched, the members of the practice group interviewed them in four aspects: food policies and regulations, food processing methods, traditional gastronomic innovation, and food consumption concepts, to understand the development and changes of food in the past hundred years, review the history of modern Chinese food changes, and summarize the materials collected from the interviews to form four theme research reports. The second is an interview with a hundred people, recording the deeds of the old revolutionary predecessors. In the process of interviewing more than 100 red characters, typical characters were selected, the deeds of "heroes around me" were compiled, and the "My Red Diary" series of pushes were released on the college's public account to learn the power of example. Finally, a hundred people passed on, filmed and produced a positive energy propaganda video and widely disseminated. From the interview video of each interviewee, they intercepted relevant clips such as their blessings to the motherland, their exhortations to the next generation and their expectations for future food, and produced a series of positive energy propaganda videos for extensive study and dissemination, influencing a new generation of young people, presenting gifts for the centenary of the founding of the party, and carrying forward the spirit of the times.

In accordance with the latest requirements of epidemic prevention and control, the practice team carried out this practical activity from the actual situation and under the condition of ensuring safety. A total of 48 students from the 2018 and 2019 classes of the college participated in the practice team, and up to now, the practice team has gone deep into 36 cities in 19 provinces, including Nanjing, Henan Zhoukou, Shandong Qingdao, Fujian Sanming, Shandong Zibo, Guangxi Nanning, Shanghai, Guizhou Liupanshui, Jiangsu Suqian, Henan Nanyang, etc., interviewing more than 76 relevant personnel. Nearly 70 blessing videos and 75 practice records were collected.
