At 20:00 on the evening of September 13, with the order of the on-site commanders, the construction of the continuous beam rotation body across the Beijing-Germany Expressway on the new Tianjin-Beijing Daxing International Airport Railway (hereinafter referred to as the Jinxing Railway) officially began. This is the first turning body construction of the whole line, the two beam bodies are rotated clockwise at 1.07 degrees per minute, a total of 70 minutes, each rotated 75 degrees, and successfully completed the upper span of the Beijing-Germany Expressway at 21:10, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent construction.

The Jinxing Railway Project starts from Tianjin West Railway Station in the east to Beijing Daxing International Airport Station in the west, with a total length of 100.79 kilometers, with a total of 6 stations: Tianjin West Railway Station, Shengfang Station, Anci South Railway Station, Yongqing South Railway Station, Gu'an East Railway Station, Daxing Airport Station. Among them: Tianjin West Railway Station to Shengfang Station uses the existing Jinbao Railway; Shengfang Station to Gu'an East Station is a new line with a length of 47.17 kilometers; Gu'an East to Beijing Daxing International Airport Station uses the Beijing-Xiongxiong Intercity Railway. The newly built line has two stations, Anci South Station and Yongqing South Station, reconstructed the existing Jinbao Railway Shengfang Station, and simultaneously built one Yongqing West Line Station, with a design speed of 250 km per hour on the new line.
According to Cui Zhaofeng, director of the Safety and Quality Department of the Jingnan Engineering Project Management Department of the Beijing Bureau Group Company, the construction project management unit, after the pouring of two continuous beams with a total weight of 11,000 tons, in the form of relative turning, crossed the Beijing-Germany Expressway Helong. The rotation operation not only has a large rotation angle and a long rotation time, but also a higher level of safety protection, stricter quality control requirements, and extremely high technical requirements for the accuracy control of horizontal and vertical directions. The "first turn" of the whole line not only effectively prevents and controls safety risks, but also opens up the "blockage point" of the whole line of girder channels.
According to Hu Guodong, the on-site leader of the project management department of the Construction Unit China Railway Twelfth Bureau Group Jinxing Yibiao, before the continuous beam was turned, 7 rotation rehearsals have been carried out through BIM technology and network modeling; during the turn, the computer numerical control technology is used for visual monitoring, and the rotation posture is corrected in time, and the progress is controllable, helong is accurate, the quality is passed, and the safety is guaranteed.
The new Jinxing Railway is an important trunk line connecting Tianjin, Beijing Daxing International Airport and Beijing urban area, and is an important measure to implement the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy. After the completion and opening of the whole line, it will further optimize and improve the layout of the railway network in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, promote the coordinated development of transportation integration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, and also be of great significance to promoting the coordinated development of regional economy and society.
