Lesson evaluation is a necessary skill for every educator, and it can be said that it is also one of the concentrated manifestations of teachers' professional development. In teaching and research activities at all levels, listening to lectures and evaluating lectures has become a routine action. In participating in some large-scale classroom teaching demonstration class activities, the author found that many teachers pay more attention to listening to the lessons, and do not pay enough attention to the evaluation of this link, thinking that this is not interesting, that is, to give the instructor a sticker gold and say good things. In fact, the effort of evaluating a lesson sometimes really requires a more solid foundation than designing a lesson.

To evaluate other people's lessons, we must have a "bottom" in our hearts, and this "bottom" is our own rich teaching experience and theoretical cultivation, but it is not enough to have this alone, we must also appreciate the style of the instructor and carry out a personal interpretation of personality. The author has also participated in many evaluation activities, and those who have commented on it themselves and those who have listened to others feel that there are many places to learn. Here are some examples of the evaluation to share with you.
For example, commenting on a teacher's "Lonely Journey" class
Core: "A Lesson of Authenticity and Refinement"
This is a successful lesson for many reasons, but in the final analysis, there are two main points: authenticity, refinement!
Here's a lesson in character:
True Colors One: Let the Text Speak... True Color Two: Let the Author Speak...
True Color Three: Let students speak... True Colors Four: Let the Teacher Speak...
Here's an exquisite lesson:
Exquisite one: multiple lines and holding "squares"...
Refinement two: text perusal has "force"...
Refinement three: expansion and extension has a "degree"...
This teacher's evaluation has a personality, and the four dimensions of the true color are actually interpreted from the four aspects of teachers, textbooks, students, and authors, that is, the basic elements that our new curriculum standards now emphasize more, and the command is exquisite! The exquisite three-dimensional angle, the selected angle is also relatively unique, exquisite one is to evaluate the method of teaching design, exquisite second is the affirmation of the teacher's text interpretation, and exquisite third is to say that the teacher treats the use of teaching resources. Overall, it gives the listener a fresh feeling.
For the evaluation of lessons, the good thing is "what" (where is the good, the bad is where), the difficult thing is to say "why" (why is it good, what is the reason for the bad), and the highest realm is to comment on "how to do" (I come to the top, how I design, how to promote).
Personally, I feel that the evaluation is wonderful or not. First of all, there must be a "core idea", or a "core soul", the class must have a soul, and the evaluation of the class also needs a soul; secondly, there must be a good "structure" under the core soul (if the core soul is "connotation", then the connotation alone is not enough, there must also be a "figure"); finally, it is best to have some personality characteristics;
Of course, judging is a kind of communication, and the purpose of judging is to improve, not to invite you to criticize, especially for large-scale activities. Therefore, the evaluation of the course is still based on affirmation, supplemented by suggestions, and it is not a good thing to get the wrong direction and to others.
