Shangrao City held a city-wide trade union work conference

Recently, a work conference on the city's trade unions in Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province, was held. Zheng Xiaochun, first-level inspector of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress and chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, presided over the meeting and made a speech.

After listening to the work reports of various localities, Zheng Xiaochun said that since the beginning of this year, the city's trade unions have taken the study and education of party history as an opportunity to enhance the "penetration" of combining learning and doing, to enhance their own construction as the benchmark, and to enhance the "cohesion" of trade union organizations; to carry forward the spirit of labor models as the guide, to enhance the "influence" driven by demonstration; to deepen the "ten practical things" as the carrier to enhance the "execution" of service workers; to implement responsibility as the key, enhance the "driving force" of overall development, and continue to strengthen the construction of trade unions themselves. Promote the work of trade unions to a new level.

Zheng Xiaochun proposed that the city's trade unions at all levels should focus on "one center", highlight the "ten key points", pay close attention to the "ten practical things", and arrange the work in the second half of the year; highlight the construction of the workers' cultural palace at the city and county levels, carry out the great competition for the improvement of the skills of the staff, carry out the theme education of "The Chinese Dream and the Beauty of Labor", promote the construction and reform of the construction of the industrial worker team, promote the construction of grass-roots organizations, protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees, promote the construction of smart trade unions, and optimize the construction of trade union service positions; and grasp the "ten practical things" of trade union service workers. Organize the majority of employees to make contributions to the realization of the goals and tasks of the "14th Five-Year Plan", and strive to enhance the sense of gain, happiness and security of the masses of employees.

At the meeting, Ma Lin, vice chairman of the Shangrao Federation of Trade Unions, conveyed the spirit of the provincial coordination group (expanded meeting) for promoting the construction and reform of the industrial worker team in the new era, and the trade unions of various counties (cities and districts), Shangrao Economic Development Zone, Sanqingshan Scenic Area and Shangrao High-speed Rail Economic Pilot Zone reported on the trade union work and the next step of work arrangements since the beginning of this year.
