Since the launching of the education and rectification of the second batch of political and legal contingents, the Second Branch of the Municipal Procuratorate has taken the clear-cut banner of stressing politics as the first requirement and the emphasis on loyalty as the first criterion, integrated and promoted political education, warning education, and heroic model education, carried out party history study and education throughout, further strengthened political loyalty, strengthened ideals and convictions, and focused on enhancing the political judgment, political understanding, and political execution of procuratorial cadres and police. In connection with deepening the great study and discussion activities of "great ideological emancipation and great procuratorial development" carried out by the procuratorial organs of Beijing Municipality, all departments of the whole court have carried out in-depth exchanges and discussions in connection with their own professional realities, adhered to the orientation of problems, and effectively transformed the results of the study into ideological elements to promote the deepening of education and rectification work and the high-quality development of procuratorial work.

According to the overall arrangement of the party history study education and the education and rectification of the procuratorial team of our hospital and the study plan of the branch, I actively participated in the study of party history, adhered to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, deeply studied and implemented the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on "July 1st", and took Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law as the guide, participated in the training class on party history study and education for young cadres and policemen organized by our hospital, especially since the education and rectification work of our hospital was carried out, in accordance with the unified arrangement of the whole hospital, insisted on studying for 2 hours a day. Actively participated in the centralized study of the whole academy and the study and discussion organized by the branch, further enhanced his ideological understanding, and combined with the study and rectification of party history, he had some experience from his own "three identities".
First, as a Communist Party member
We need to remember our political identity, hold fast to our political beliefs, and temper our political loyalty
General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed at the opening ceremony of the training class for young and middle-aged cadres at the Central Party School: "Only by having firm ideals and beliefs can we be loyal to the party, and loyalty to the party is the best interpretation of firm ideals and beliefs." Highlighting political loyalty is also the primary task of the education and rectification work of the second batch of political and legal contingents. Looking back at the history of the party over the past hundred years, countless hardships and tribulations have not crushed us, but rely on the loyalty of tens of millions of party members and the ideal and belief of fighting for the cause of communism all their lives. In times of peace, the work of education and rectification is a direct test of whether Communists on the political and legal front are loyal to the party and whether their ideals and convictions are firm. We should take the study of party history as the traction, through various forms of political education, warning education, and heroic model education, earnestly enhance our own political consciousness, lay a solid foundation for loyalty, further enhance our political standing, straighten out our attitude, strengthen the "four self-confidences," achieve "two safeguards," constantly strengthen political discipline and political rules in our work, put discipline in the forefront, and interpret loyalty to the party with practical actions.
Second, as a procuratorial officer
It is necessary to integrate the study and education of party history and the work of education and rectification with the practice of procuratorial work
In the study and education of party history, it is necessary to constantly continue the red gene of the people's procuratorial system, base ourselves on our own work, and continuously improve our political judgment, political understanding, and political execution. The "Opinions of the CPC Central Committee on Strengthening the Legal Supervision of Procuratorial Organs in the New Era" pointed out that it is necessary to "strengthen the construction of a contingent of competent procuratorial personnel." As a new recruit in the political work department, while learning and deeply understanding Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law, we must also think more about "the professional construction of procuratorial organs", closely follow the theme of "high-quality development of procuratorial undertakings", take the initiative, and give full play to the role of staff assistants. In daily work, we must always maintain a new and wholehearted thinking of serving cadres and policemen and a patient and meticulous work style, be willing to dedicate, firmly establish a sense of service, and do a solid job in every basic work.
Finally, as a young man

General Secretary Xi Jinping's ardent expectations for young people in his important "July 1st" speech are the driving force and source of our continuous struggle, and at the same time put forward higher goals and requirements for us. As young people, although we lack experience, knowledge, and methods, what we do not lack is vigorous vitality and the courage to dare to fight; as young people, although we have not experienced the era when ideals and beliefs have erupted, we have coincided with the prosperous era of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. This year is the fifth year that I came to work in the Second Branch after graduation, five years of time I harvested a full harvest, experienced the business, political work and other departments of training, I also strive to find gaps in the work, see the deficiencies, now the stage of the officer's entrepreneurship is at the foot, five years is also a new starting point, I will continue to improve my work ability, the work will be done finely, to maximize the efficiency of the work, only in this way can be worthy of their original choice, worthy of their original intention of the procuratorate.
