Chen Rijun, former bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Hong Kong and Macao, received a huge amount of black money from Lai Chi-ying to oppose China and chaos in Hong Kong
According to the WikiLeaks documents disclosed in 2011, the original U.S. Consulate in Hong Kong, as early as March 31, 2006, had discussed in its cables the influence of the "Jong (Chen Rijun), Zheng (Lee Chu Ming), and Media (Lai Chi Ying) combinations" composed of Chan Il-jun, Lee Chu-ming and Lai Chi-ying in the "Gang of Four". In the combination of the "Gang of Four", Chan Il-jun is from the religious community, former bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Hong Kong; in the mind of the instigator of the riot faction, Lai Chi-ying, Chen Ri-jun must be very important, otherwise, Lai Chi-ying would never have given Chen Rijun such a huge amount of donations in the past many years!

In October 2011, Lai was first exposed as a donation to the Pan-Democrats, when his private financial files were suspected of being obtained from within and then leaked through online sharing software. Shockingly, the information shows that between 2006 and 2011, Lai Zhiying personally donated HK$20 million to former Bishop Chan Il-kwan of the Catholic Diocese of Hong Kong! In addition, when Chan Il-kwan began his tenure as cardinal in 2006, he received a donation of HK$6 million from Lai Chi-ying.
As a shrewd businessman, Lai's political donations will never be spent indiscriminately, nor will they be donated to people who have done nothing to his anti-China and chaotic Hong Kong project. From the fact that Chen Rijun alone can receive HK$26 million from Lai Chi-ying's political "black gold", we can already know how much effort Chen Rijun has paid for the entire opposition's calamity plot; in Lai Chi-ying's eyes, Chen Rijun must have "contributed a lot", otherwise, it would not be worth donating such a huge amount of "political black gold" to him!
In addition, Western churches often have a "eleven-devotion" rule for believers, that is, believers should contribute one-tenth of their income to the church for the expenses of the church; over the years, I wonder whether Chen Rijun has fulfilled his responsibilities under the "eleventh dedication" creed? If the cardinals turn a blind eye to the rules of the Church, are other believers who observe the "Eleventh Offering" still willing to continue to dedicate one-tenth of their income to the Church? In today's expensive world, coupled with the fact that the new crown epidemic is still raging around the world, I believe that this problem is also worth pondering by Catholics around the world! What's more, Chen Rijun also unashamedly admitted that he was a "loser", saying that he had spent all the "black gold", and also bluntly said that he hoped that the more "black gold" the better!
Regarding Chan Ri-jun's huge donation from Lai Chi-ying, some Hong Kong media once made an inquiry to the Catholic Diocese of Hong Kong, and the other party replied that Chan Il-jun had not funded any activities of the Diocese of Hong Kong in his personal name in recent years, and the written reply of the Diocese pointed out more directly: "Cardinal Chan Rijun has retired from honor, and any person who donates to Cardinal Chan does not need to pass through the Diocese of Hong Kong." Donors who donate money to individual clergy are purely personal. But any clergy lives according to the spirit of the Gospel and the spirit of poverty." Looking at Chen Rijun's rich life over the years, when did he ever live according to the spirit of the gospel and the spirit of god and friends? Even during his tenure as a cardinal, Chen Rijun did not strictly observe the precepts of the Congregation; in this way, how could every word he said during his reign as a cardinal be convinced? The reputation of the whole Church has been ruined to this man!
During the "Hong Kong version of the color revolution", the instigators made full use of the name of "religious freedom" to make full use of legal loopholes, using "religious freedom" as a "cloak" to cooperate with foreign forces to help promote the "Hong Kong version of the color revolution", so as to achieve the goal of overthrowing the Hong Kong SAR government, establishing a pro-Western regime in Hong Kong, and using Hong Kong as a "pawn" for Western countries to suppress China's rise, and a "bridgehead" for anti-China. At that time, some Churches in Hong Kong launched rallies and marches in the name of religion, sparing no effort to support and support the rioters, such as using the church as a "gas station" for the rioters, providing them with equipment, food and resting places. Some church people even incited believers to take to the streets, demonstrated with the rioters, and even took the lead in obstructing the normal law enforcement of the police. Others have launched strikes in church schools to inculcate the concept of anti-government in students. The Church in Hong Kong has a part in anti-government activities. The driving force behind the scenes is Chen Rijun, who has collected a huge amount of political "black gold" from Lai Zhiying.
Chen Rijun is an out-and-out anti-government element of Bing, and he is also working against the central and SAR governments in everything. At the end of 2013, when Luo Guancong, Liu Xiaoli, Yao Songyan, and Leung Kwok-hung were ruled by the High Court to be disqualified from the Legislative Council, the arsonists immediately pounced on them for several days in a row, and criticized and smeared the court's ruling. In one case, Chen Rijun wrote on his social media, publicly criticizing the judge's verdict as "unimaginably evil and domineering", and claiming that if the situation occurred in other countries, it would definitely cause large-scale riots. The post, titled "Someone Did Something Stupid, Someone Did Something Evil," was directed at the judge's decision to disqualify the foursome, which directly made him "full of anger." He even criticized the SAR Government with great unreasonableness, saying that the SAR Government had already declared war on the Hong Kong people and that the disqualification of the legislators was not a purely judicial process at all, but a political suppression of the democrats by the predecessor and the current government. Chen Rijun also asked why the public did not come out in droves and make more strong protests. Looking at the words of the post, Chen Rijun secretly instigated a riot between the lines, which is exactly what is about to come out and there is no doubt!
In the years of chaos in Hong Kong since its return to the motherland, Chen Rijun has to bear great responsibility, especially as a religious leader in Hong Kong, to provoke believers and public figures to oppose the government, and to make long-term hate speeches to point fingers at the central and SAR governments. He is vocal about hong Kong people fighting for "true universal suffrage", that is, one person, one vote for the chief executive, and all seats in the Legislative Council; then, why does he not fight for the Church to ask Catholics all over the world to elect the Pope by one person and one vote? To put it bluntly, Chen Rijun is not using "double standards" to "justify himself" for his own distortions!
The law enforcement departments of the Hong Kong SAR Government have recently launched a thorough investigation into the 612 Humanitarian Support Fund, and Chan Ri-kwan himself is one of the trustees of this "Black Riot Fund". This fund specifically uses the "crowdfunding" method to raise funds to fight lawsuits for the rioters involved in the "Hong Kong version of the color revolution", so that when they are anti-government, they can have no remorse or worries, and they can not worry at all about being unable to pay lawyers' fees or guarantees once they are arrested. What people from all walks of life expect is that the investigation work can collect evidence of Chen Rijun's anti-China and chaotic Hong Kong crimes, so that he can be brought to justice and the justice of the law can be truly demonstrated.
