This year, the Zhengzhou civil affairs department issued the "Zhengzhou Township (Street) Social Work Service Station Project Implementation Plan (Trial)", which clearly proposed that in 3 to 5 years, promote the full coverage of social work stations in all townships (streets) in the city, realize "one county (district) one center, one township (street) one site, and village (community) have social work services", and continuously expand the scope of social work services and beneficiary groups.

On the afternoon of October 20, the reporter of Dahe Daily came to the Party and Mass Service Center of Yinying Community in Haiyang East Road Street, Zhengzhou City. As soon as I went upstairs, there was a burst of blowing and singing opera, and in the clean and tidy corridor, there were activity rooms, there were old people playing table tennis, there were old people practicing opera, there were children's activity rooms with colorful floor mats, and calligraphy practice rooms with strong ink fragrance. In the corridor, there are pictures of the activities of the elderly and children with smiles on their faces, as well as the introduction of various activities and the functions of the activity room, and the course arrangement.
On the community college curriculum on the wall, there are pediatric massage, health lectures, parent-child classes, health classes, calligraphy classes.... Not the same every day.
Speaking of the Silver Warbler community, many people may not know it. More than a decade ago, it was an urban village south of Zhengzhou Navigation Road. Perhaps the people who have rented a house here remember the former Luxingzhuang City Village. Nowadays, there are also high-rise buildings here, especially after the district-level community service center in Guancheng District is located in this community, and the community life of residents here is not much better than that of many communities in the city center.
Chen Jing, 24 years old this year, is a social worker at the Xinjiayuan Community Service Center in Zhengzhou, and she and four other small partners have supported various service activities of the entire Yinying Community Party and Mass Service Center. Bring children, engage in training, make the elderly happy... It is one of their daily tasks.
Chen Jing said they have child care for 3 to 6 years old, youth training for 6 to 12 years old, as well as free course training, activities for the elderly and so on. Especially childcare services, as long as the start of the class message, will be full in an instant. Summer courses such as English classes, language performance classes, handicraft classes, and calligraphy classes are also loved by teenagers.
Among them, it is also inseparable from the support of many volunteer teachers, and it is precisely because of the close cooperation between the community and volunteers and social workers that the service activities of the community party and mass service centers have been successful. At present, the Silver Warbler Community Party and Group Service Center receives about 36,000 residents every year, with 14 group teams and 9 volunteer teams.
An old man who came to participate in the team activities told reporters that she found many elderly friends who shared common hobbies in the community party and mass service center, and also learned a lot of skills. The child's tuina craft is also "three points into the wood", pinching the spine of the grandson every day to promote the operation of qi and blood. Whenever the grandson has a weak spleen and accumulates food, as long as she shoots, her son and daughter-in-law have to give her praise, and these are all things she learned for free in the community.

At the Shibalihe Street Pension Service Center in Zhengzhou City, every morning at 6:30, 50-year-old Chen Liya got up to clean up, wash and take medicine for the elderly, and feed them mouth-to-mouth. At this time, there will be some "naughty" old people who do not want to take medicine, or drive electric wheelchairs, follow behind the social worker, and tease the social worker to "give me medicine." Then he drove a wheelchair to play "peek-a-boo.".
Until 8:30 a.m., Chen Liya and other social workers have to take the elderly to do health exercises, and then go to the activity room to move their bodies. After the meal process, they will carefully tie the bib around the neck of the dementia elderly and patiently feed the meal to the elderly.
After the end of the meal, it is free activity time, and the elderly who can take care of themselves will choose free activities, like Grandma Liu, a 76-year-old electric wheelchair driver who will choose to drive an electric wheelchair downstairs alone, basking in the sun, and not letting the social worker follow. The old man who cannot take care of himself is still taken care of by Chen Lia and will not let the old man leave his sight.
After lunch, consumption, lunch break, in the afternoon, there are handicraft activities, small games waiting for the elderly, so that the elderly in the activity exercise at the same time, the mood is happy. Among them, the origami flower handicraft made by grandma Liu, an electric wheelchair driver, has made many social workers ashamed of it, and it is not as skillful as the old man.
"When I am on duty at night, I will go to the bedside of the elderly and quietly observe the sleeping conditions of the elderly." Chen Lia said it sounded a little scary, but it was a move she was scared out of. Before, an old man she cared for, sleeping at night suddenly had low blood sugar and almost fell into a coma, if it were not for the timely discovery of the social worker on duty, the consequences would be unimaginable. Since then, whenever she is on duty at night, when she inspects the old man's room, she no longer just looks at the door, but gently walks to the old man's bedside and quietly observes the old man's sleep.
In this old-age service center, the activity room, lounge, restaurant, entertainment room all kinds of functions are readily available, even the bathroom and toilet for the elderly to bathe are also specially designed for the elderly, and many elderly people and family members who come to visit have given high evaluation. Liang Chunxia, a staff member of the center, said that they currently care for 11 elderly people and have day care services, just like kindergartens, sending the elderly every morning and picking them up at night. Moreover, the cost of community pension is very low, according to the different self-care situations of the elderly, the minimum is only 58 yuan per day.
When chatting with the elderly, the 76-year-old Li old man from the northeast, whose child works in Zhengzhou, told reporters that he is a Korean, making spicy cabbage is their "basic exercise", and many spicy cabbages in Zhengzhou are not authentic, the taste is sweet, and it is not as good as he is delicious.
