Preparation of documents:
The identity cards of both parties, the marriage certificate (2 copies), and the written commitment to comply with the maternity policy (the letter of commitment is provided by the center, you only need to sign and press your fingerprint).

2. It must be magnetic (the personal information in the document needs to be read when filing); if there is no magnetism, it is considered invalid;
3. The marriage certificate of both husband and wife must be issued;
4. The damage to the marriage certificate, the fall off of the marriage certificate photo, and the blurred or altered handwriting in the marriage certificate are all considered invalid, and it is recommended to return to the Civil Affairs Bureau for supplementation.

Both spouses need to complete the relevant tests before artificial insemination:

5. Electrocardiogram.
Male examinations include:
1. Blood type, four infectious diseases (hepatitis B, C, AIDS, syphilis), chlamydia, gonococcus
2. Do routine semen examination for 2-7 days of abstinence, and routine semen examination needs to be confirmed more than 2 times
All of the above tests are valid for semen analysis, four infectious diseases, chlamydia for half a year, other tests are valid for one year, and all copies of laboratory tests after fertility are kept by Xianning Central Hospital, please prepare copies in advance.
Artificial insemination process?
1. Consultation choice: Both husband and wife register for treatment, consult and discuss with the doctor, and decide to choose artificial insemination, and the doctor will prescribe preoperative examinations.
2. Finalization plan: After all the examinations of both sides are perfected, the outpatient follow-up consultation is formulated, and a preliminary artificial insemination treatment plan is formulated.
3. File-building: After entering the cycle, the husband and wife carry the original and copy of the "double certificate", all the copies of the laboratory examination forms of both parties, and the copy of the outpatient medical records (uniformly copied with A4 paper), and go to the reproduction center data room to file together, and the filing process includes: identity review, fingerprint recording, medical records, and signing informed consent. "Double certificate" photocopy requirements: must be the front and back of the ID cards of both parties, the second page of the marriage certificate (registration photo page), the third page (the basic information page of both parties).
4. Entering the week: that is, the abbreviation of entering the treatment cycle. The woman needs to discharge sperm once according to the doctor's arrangement to monitor the ovulation induction or natural cycle follicle, and the man generally needs to excrete once when the woman's follicle develops to 12-14mm to ensure the freshness of semen on the day of artificial insemination.
5. Artificial insemination day: Both husband and wife carry the original "double certificate" to the reproductive center laboratory, and after the nurse checks the identity, the man receives the sperm cup and extracts sperm in the special sperm extraction room, and the woman performs artificial insemination after the semen treatment is completed.
6. Pregnancy test: 14 days after artificial insemination, come to the hospital for blood test HCG. If pregnant: continue to take drugs to protect the fetus; 28 days after artificial insemination B ultrasound to understand the embryo situation, receive follow-up; such as three children and above must go to the fertility center of Wuhan Tongji Hospital for fetal reduction to reduce maternal and infant complications; if not pregnant: stop the drug, register for treatment to develop the next cycle of treatment plan.

What do I need to pay attention to when doing artificial insemination?
1. Patients entering assisted reproduction should hang up the "Fertility Center" ordinary number, which is open all day from Monday to Friday, and open on Saturday and Sunday morning.
2. During artificial insemination, attention should be paid to avoid vaginitis and colds, and avoid contact with toxic and harmful substances or drugs.
3. Pay attention to rest after AIH, diet is unlimited, if there is obvious abdominal pain, bloating, less urine, vaginal bleeding and other discomfort, please come to the hospital in time.
4. Successful pregnancies must receive regular follow-up, medication guidance and perinatal health care cards to understand the pregnancy.

Instructions for artificial insemination day sperm retrieval
1. Sperm extraction 1-2 hours before artificial insemination.
2, the use of masturbation method to extract sperm, before sperm removal, carefully wash your hands, use a hand towel to dry thoroughly (pay attention not to drop water into the cup), and use sterile gauze to wash the external genitalia.
3, take the fine cup for a disposable sterile disinfection cup, do not touch the cup with your hands, after opening the lid, please put the opening part of the cup lid upwards to avoid pollution.
4. When collecting semen, be careful not to let the debris fall into the cup, and immediately cover the lid of the cup after collection and put it to the transmission window. If you accidentally overturn, overflow, foreign body falls or other emergencies, please let us know in time.
