In order to effectively monitor the apple beetle moth, the technical personnel of the Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Technology Extension Center of Hailar District have been deploying monitoring points at Hulunbuir Airport, youlian Village Youlian Agricultural Development Park in Struggle Town, and Xinqiao Fruit Wholesale Market since the beginning of July, and carried out plant quarantine publicity to ensure the safety of agricultural production in the whole region.
Technicians hang a total of 10 apple beetle moth traps and will continue to monitor until the end of September. During the period, the core and sticky board will be replaced regularly to ensure the effectiveness of the trap, observe and record the trap, timely grasp the dynamics of the apple beetle moth, and ensure the safety of the local fruit industry. At the same time, we will carry out publicity activities on the "Regulations on Plant Quarantine" and "Regulations on the Prevention and Control of Diseases and Insect Pests", distribute phytosanitary publicity materials, explain plant quarantine laws and regulations on the spot, popularize the knowledge of plant quarantine and the identification and prevention of quarantine diseases and pests in agricultural production, and answer the questions of disease and pest control for the majority of growers. More than 10 copies of leaflets, brochures, wall charts and other related materials were distributed.
