2. Introduction to inoculation of cultivation process:
Chlorella cultivation must be inoculated on sunny mornings, and must be kept sunny for three days after inoculation (pay more attention to the weather forecast when cultivating algae liquid);
If special circumstances are in a hurry to use and need to be cultivated in rainy weather, refer to the second point of light requirements;
Inoculation sequence: add 50 kg of water to the container, first put in the powder preparation, on the basis of full dissolution, and then add liquid in turn (the order of addition of liquid preparation is not required in order), then add 40 kg of water, and add 10 kg of algae liquid, a total of 100 kg;

3. Light requirements during cultivation:
L:D guarantees a ratio of 12:12, and the optimal light ratio of 14:10 can improve the proliferation rate of algal fluid; the proportion time is especially based on indoor light irradiation cultivation as an implementation requirement;
If the cultivation is rainy weather, it is necessary to use 45 watts of three primary colors 6500K fluorescent lamps to illuminate the cultivation of daylight color cold light source, so as to avoid the failure of algal liquid cultivation caused by insufficient light or the loss of algae liquid and the degradation of algal liquid quality caused by the dark and insufficient activity of algal fluid;
If small containers are used for cultivation, such as 1 liter (2 kg) containers and below, the distance of the bulb irradiation 2 days before cultivation is about 12 cm from the algae liquid container, and the distance from the future is about 10 cm, and the bulb irradiation distance shall not be less than 8 cm;
If the use of large container cultivation, greater than (including) 2.5 liters (5 kg) and above, the light source distance can be adjusted to 6-10 cm, not less than 5 cm distance; the use of transparent bags to cultivate the light distance is the same as the requirements of large containers, each square can be set up 2-4 bulb ceiling irradiation;

4. Selection of cultivation container:
Chlorella cultivation containers need to choose a fully transparent material (exactly the same as the photosynthetic bacteria cultivation material) barrel or plastic bag can be;
When using the container to cultivate algae liquid, do not fill the container with algae liquid, please leave 1% of the air volume, and then tighten (tie) the container;
After inoculation, tighten the cap or tighten the mouth of the bag and shake it 2-4 times a day to help the precipitated algae liquid float up to obtain light to increase breeding;

5. Temperature requirements of algal liquid during cultivation
Chlorella cultivation temperature is in the range of 20-30 degrees, the optimal temperature of algae liquid is between 25-30 degrees, not more than 32 degrees; the cultivation temperature is directly related to the proliferation density of algal fluid, maintained in the range of 25-30 degrees, the proliferation density of algae liquid and other indicators will reach the best;
6. Time requirements for algae liquid cultivation
Algae liquid cultivation cycle is 3-5 days, algae liquid becomes deep and green can be put into use or seed retention, on the basis of light and temperature is appropriate, the breeding cycle is generally 4 days; if the whole process uses bulb irradiation for breeding, the temperature is suitable, then extend the time of one day, to breed 5 days is better;
7. Storage requirements after the algae liquid is mature:
Cultivate mature chlorella, if you need to keep seeds, place them in a cool dry and dark place for 2 months, and the storage environment temperature should not be higher than 32 degrees;
If long-term preservation of algae seeds is required, the mature algae seeds are placed in the refrigerator within 2-10 degrees celsius, and the storage cycle can be extended to 6 months to more;
If the amount of single incubation is large and needs to be preserved, please refer to the first requirement (the lower the storage environment temperature, the longer the corresponding storage period);
Chlorella stored for a long time in summer (stored in a non-refrigerator preservation environment), algae liquid may appear odor and other situations (chlorella cells are plant proteins, which will appear odorous with the extension of the preservation cycle), as long as the storage cycle is not exceeded, it can be normally put into breeding and use;
The normal phenomenon of layered precipitation will occur in the algae liquid with a long storage period (at room temperature or in the environment of 2-10 degrees celsius preservation), and the supernatant can be drained and then combined to save the bottom sedimented chlorella to form a highly concentrated chlorella species;

8. Exhaust matters in the process of algae liquid cultivation:
Friends who use transparent barrels in the second day of cultivation and later, in the shaking container or in the static state, if it is found that the algae liquid has a fine oxygen bubble that rises and produces foam on the surface of the algae liquid [normal phenomenon] caused by the container bottle, pay attention to unscrewing the container to exclude the oxygen generated; if the bag is used for cultivation, it can be adjusted appropriately according to the situation (no need for non-exhaust operation, the bag has expansion and containment);

9. Precautions for algae liquid cultivation:
In the process of cultivation, if there is a white flocculent precipitate or floating matter at the bottom or top of the container (complex precipitation or other known or unknown cause precipitation produced by dead algae or high hardness of water), there are factors related to the water quality of each region (the reaction precipitation produced by various material components contained in the water quality of each region); if there is no impact on the proliferation of algae liquid, it can be cultivated according to the normal process; when retaining algae, please remove the sediment;
10. Prevention and control of protozoa in the cultivation process of chlorella
If protozoa appears in the breeding of chlorella and has a tendency to expand, formaldehyde can be applied to the culture medium at a concentration of 10mg/L, once a day for two consecutive days, for the prevention and control of protozoa. 1g = 1000mg, when adding, pay attention to conversion, do not overuse;
11. Dosage in chlorella production
