On September 14, the Standing Committee of the 18th People's Congress of Yushu City held its 47th meeting. Sun Zhongxing, chairman of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, Wang Weicheng, Wang Bailu, Li Changshou, and Zhuang Guiliang, deputy directors of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, Zheng Jianguo, secretary general of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, and all members attended the meeting. Gao Hongzhou, secretary of the party leading group of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, Wu Wei, deputy secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and acting mayor, Yu Kaiguang, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee, secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and secretary of the party leading group of the Municipal Supervision Commission, Xu Ge, deputy secretary of the party group of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, and Wang Shushen, member of the party group, attended the meeting as observers. Zhuang Guiliang, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, presided over the meeting.
Wang Weicheng read out the motion for appointment submitted by the chairman's meeting of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress and introduced the situation.
Wu Wei submitted a motion for appointment and introduced the situation.
According to the relevant provisions of the "Measures for the Appointment and Removal of Personnel of the Standing Committee of the Yushu City People's Congress", the meeting adopted a secret ballot to vote and pass the appointment.
The meeting decided to appoint: Comrade Yu Kaiguang as deputy director of the Yushu City Supervision Commission; Comrade Xu Zhigang is the vice mayor of the Yushu Municipal People's Government; Comrade Zhang Longbiao is the vice mayor of the Yushu Municipal People's Government; comrade Song Xianping is the director of the office of the Yushu Municipal People's Government; Comrade Li Hai is the director of the Yushu Civil Affairs Bureau; Comrade Ren Xiaohui is the director of the Yushu Municipal Bureau of Justice; Comrade Han Liang is the director of the Yushu Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau; Comrade Ni Zhiqi is the director of the Yushu Transportation Bureau; Comrade Zhang Wenbin is the director of the Yushu Emergency Management Bureau.
The meeting voted by show of hands to approve Comrade Yu Kaiguang as acting director of the Municipal Supervision Commission. Sun Zhongxing, chairman of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, issued a certificate of appointment to the newly appointed comrades.
