The designer was commissioned to first have a one-day living experience in the house. During this time, various inconveniences occurred.
First, there is no washstand, and washing hands and dishes are in the shower. The designer tried to wash the dishes with a spray head, not only for a long time, but also had to squat, and after a while the shoes were wet.
Second, going upstairs is inconvenient and extremely dangerous. The house is originally a duplex layout, the height of the floor is reasonable, but the entrance to the second floor is only a dilapidated ladder, relying on iron wire to barely fix.
The second floor is also unsafe, there is an inexplicable hanging place, the shower and toilet are exposed, and the water leaks as soon as you take a shower.
Third, the circuit design is very rough, and the plugs and wires are exposed.
Fourth, the house was not designed to store, and everything was a mess.
Knives on electronic keyboards, cotton swabs, clips, etc. in the refrigerator, the floor is full of debris, a small table is both a dining table and a coffee table, at first glance it is impossible to start.
After spending the night in such a rotten building, the designer was cold and tired, and he was determined to renovate this "strange" house.
The house has a total of 45 square meters, and Li Haohan's demand for functional areas is not small. Therefore, the designer put forward the innovative idea of "time-sharing reuse".

On the right side of the original entrance hall is a simple staircase leading to the second floor, the designer designed this side as a full of lockers, and at the entrance borrowed the Japanese small apartment design method, the interior is divided into a dirty area and a clean area, effectively preventing dust from entering the room.

For Li Haohan, fitness is essential, but the former house does not realize this idea. The designer carved out part of the living room area to form a family gym, which made Li Haohan very excited.

In the past, the staircase was simple and dangerous, so the designer placed the staircase at the highest point in the home, alternating left and right at the stampede, and set up a built-in bookcase next to the staircase, so that Li Haohan could sit on the stairs and read a book.
<h1 class="pgc-h-arrow-right" data-track="17" > bathroom</h1>
In the past, the two bathrooms in the home were either open-air or slammed doors, which was extremely unreasonable.
After the renovation, a washstand was installed in the bathroom on the first floor, and the function was perfected. The bathroom on the second floor is hidden at the end of the stairs, and the door is closed like an abstract painting.
Originally, there was a section of hanging danger zone on the second floor, and the designers installed a washing machine after leveling it, further enriching the function of the second floor.
The wash stand is embedded in the beams of the room, and an art statue is placed on the opposite side, which takes the artistic atmosphere of the whole home to a higher level.

The second floor is mainly Li Haohan's personal rest area, which naturally also includes the bedroom. It turned out that both sides of the bed were full of debris, the passage was very narrow, and the angle of the head also made the whole space look depressed.
The designer noticed this and replaced the straight line with an arc to make the silhouette more gentle. At the same time, the left and right sides are designed with rows of storage cabinets and drawers, so that storage will not occupy the aisle space.

Back downstairs, the designer's promised cloakroom was finally lifted. On one side of the staircase is a movable wardrobe that can be moved twice to form two 6㎡ walk-in closets, and no amount of clothing accessories can be put down.
At the same time, in order to prevent the staircase from being unstable when the cabinet is moved, the designer has conducted many tests to stabilize the staircase shaking within 8mm to fully ensure safety.
In addition, the cabinet also has a barrier recognition function, and there is no need to worry about the cabinet moving to hurt people when using. In the event of a power outage, the cabinet is automatically uncoated and can be moved manually.
<h1 class="pgc-h-arrow-right" data-track="29" > kitchen & living room</h1>
As a partition between the kitchen and the living room, the kitchen bar has added intelligent design, which can realize the integration of the dining table, dining table, desk and wine table through the adjustment of height.
On the side of the bar is an electric liquor cabinet, which turns into a mini bar when opened instantly, and can talk about the ideal of wine at any time.
The bar itself, with its TV set, is facing the sofa, and the projector is hidden above the wine cabinet, which opens the curtain and the private theater is immediately completed.
