"Five Tiger Generals", jointly produced by Poly Acting and King Glory, see! The King of Glory Symphony Concert Special Edition set sail from Chengdu in May and toured 7 cities across the country. It is one of the issues that the orchestra is most concerned about, and it is also one of the reasons why the China Symphony Orchestra and the "Glory of the King" team hit it off when they first collaborated in 2019. The China Symphony Orchestra hopes to take the glory of the king as the touchpoint, face the vast number of young people in China, give out chinese voices, play the melody loved by Chinese young people, and bring the touch of music to one young person after another who is unfamiliar with symphony, but who has entered the theater for the first time because of the glory of the king.
The well-known domestic mobile game "Glory of the King" has always followed the design concept of "Oriental Fantasy", and is also committed to transmitting Chinese music to the world while integrating foreign music forms. In addition to the top game musicians in China, "Glory of the King" also invited Hans Zimmer, Howard Shore and other Hollywood film and television soundtrack masters to produce theme music for "Glory of the King", hoping to enrich the layering and three-dimensional sense of the game experience through a variety of musical expressions, and bring players the best quality listening experience. Up to now, the soundtrack music of "Glory of Kings" game has won many game audio awards at home and abroad, such as G.A.N.G., HMMA, Global Music, CGDA, as well as many nominations.
In this concert, the "Symphony of The Five Tiger Generals" uses five kinds of Chinese national instruments to interpret the five tiger generals, highlights the natural elements of "wind, forest, mountain, fire and thunder", expresses the theme of the five tigers will be "benevolence, righteousness, might, loyalty and courage", and uses the sound of restored ancient instruments to inject the Chinese rhyme that has been left in the long river of history into the world of kings.
Ma Junying, secretary of the Party Committee of the China Symphony Orchestra, once said: "It is not that young people do not like symphony, but lack of an opportunity to understand and contact the symphony, and it is difficult to directly dialogue with a wider range of young people and invite them to the concert hall on their own. ”
The conductor of this concert is Mr. Li Xincao, Deputy Director and Principal Conductor of the China Symphony Orchestra. He has served as a conductor in important national foreign affairs literary and artistic performances for many times, such as the 2016 G20 Hangzhou Summit Literary and Art Evening "The Most Memorable is Hangzhou", the 2017 BRICS Leaders' Xiamen Meeting "Sail the Future" literary and artistic performance, and also served as a professor and master tutor of the Conducting Department of the Central Conservatory of Music and the China Conservatory of Music. At the same time, Mr. Li Xincao is also the conductor of the three national premieres of the 2019 "Glory of the King Symphony Concert".
