The new building materials industrial park in Taohua Village, Heshu Town, Peng'an County, is under construction

Taohua Village in Heshu Town, formerly known as Gaosheng Village, was built 10 years ago for rural tourism. The village was renamed Peach Blossom Village, and more than 10 consecutive peach blossom festivals were held. Later, it was changed to loquat. The north of the new building materials industrial park that is now planned to be built is the Shunpengying First Class Highway. To the east of the new building materials industrial park is Anhan Avenue. To the west of the new building materials industrial park is the Heshu River. A road is also planned from the Yanshan gas station on Anhan Avenue in Heshu Town to the building materials industrial park.

The location of the industrial park is in the middle of three ditches, and the large excavators organized by the construction party are currently excavating the mountain. The trees along the route are also cleaned up. The construction period of the site level construction is expected to be 10 months

At present, the construction of the industrial park is underway, passing through Taohua Village and Yanshan Village, with a total length of 758 meters and a construction period of 30 days.

It is understood that The new building materials industrial park in Peng'an County is located in the fourth society of Taohua Village, Heshu Town, with a total investment of 200 million yuan and an area of 280 acres, which will introduce 5 commercial concrete enterprises in the county to enter the park for development, with an annual output value of 300 million yuan and 400 people.
