On the afternoon of October 26, the Road Traffic Safety Professional Committee of the Yingtan Municipal Safety Committee held the third plenary meeting of 2021 and the deployment meeting of the road traffic safety hazard rectification work. Since the beginning of this year, the city's road traffic safety production situation has remained generally stable, and no road traffic accidents with more than 3 deaths have occurred, but the total number of traffic accidents and the number of casualties in the city have increased to a certain extent year-on-year. Recently, road traffic accidents in our province have occurred frequently, exposing that some localities, departments and individuals have a weak sense of traffic safety civilization, the implementation of safety responsibilities is not in place, and there are still problems in the rectification of road traffic safety hazards. First, the old problems and new risks in rural areas are intertwined, and the safety hazards are more prominent; second, the implementation of the main responsibility of enterprise safety is not enough, and traffic violations are repeatedly prohibited; third, the rapid growth of traffic elements such as people and vehicle roads, and the management tasks are more arduous and heavy. It is necessary to fully understand the situation and further enhance the sense of responsibility and urgency in work.

At present, it is the peak period of production, but also the period of frequent accidents, all localities and relevant departments should take the three-year special rectification action of road transport safety as the starting point, do a solid job in preventing risks, eliminating hidden dangers, and ensuring safety, and promote the concentrated action of special rectification of road transport safety in depth. It is necessary to focus on the key points of work and go all out to promote road transport safety attacks. The first is to vigorously promote the investigation and rectification of potential traffic safety hazards, strengthen the treatment of people, vehicles and road sources, and consolidate the foundation of traffic safety. The people's governments, management committees, and member units of all districts (cities) should implement the main responsibility, carry out a comprehensive investigation of hidden dangers on national and provincial highways, key sections of rural roads and enterprises in their jurisdictions, and ensure that rectification and reform are in place before the end of the year; the second is to vigorously promote the control of highway traffic order. Local public security traffic management, transportation and other departments should continue to strictly implement the normalized joint law enforcement mechanism, and the public security traffic management department should strengthen the road law enforcement force, enhance the explicit use of police deterrence on the road surface, strengthen road inspection, strictly supervise law enforcement, and detect and eliminate hidden dangers of traffic safety risks as early as possible. Transportation departments should unite with relevant departments to strictly implement the spirit of the province's "science and technology to control super" and road traffic safety on-site meetings, deepen the normalization of joint law enforcement work mechanisms, strictly check and correct trucks overloading, and prevent violations and accidents from the source; the third is to vigorously promote rural traffic safety and strengthen the foundation and strengthen rural road traffic safety control.
