Around the beginning of March this year, Zhang Hua (pseudonym), who lived in Caishi, Licheng, Jinan, accidentally learned that venison tasted better and had the effect of a big supplement. Perhaps in most people's minds, this sentence may be a flash joke, but what they did not expect was that the idea that eating venison can make up for it actually planted a seed in Zhang Hua's heart.
"Eating venison can supplement the body, but where is the seller of venison?" Zhang Hua pondered the question repeatedly until early March this year, when he was buying mutton at the market, when he overheard that there were wild deer in Lianhua Mountain in the jurisdiction of Licheng Ganggou District.

As the "chief", Zhang Hua is responsible for stepping on points and arranging wires, and two of the other three play the role of "expellers", responsible for finding and chasing deer, while the remaining one becomes an "engineer" who specializes in the maintenance of power grids and lines.

On the 10th, after receiving relevant clues, they immediately rushed to the scene, but the suspect has fled. In this case, they focused their investigation on the two cars left by the suspect at the scene. On the same day, after analysis and judgment, the two owners were quickly locked.
"After interrogation, the two quickly and truthfully confessed their criminal facts, and based on the confessions of the suspects, we continued to work and finally successfully arrested four criminal suspects." Zhao Hongqing said that in the process of investigation, they also found that in order to successfully capture the deer, the suspect also purchased a trap, but he did not expect that the trap had not yet arrived, and the four people were caught.

At the same time that the case is solved, many people will have a question, what kind of deer are on the Lotus Mountain? Where do these deer come from? In this regard, the reporter learned that the relevant competent departments speculated that a small number of sika deer more than ten years ago may have been bred, but after more than ten years of wild life and reproduction, a wild sika deer group with a number of more than ten has gradually formed.
In fact, more than a decade ago, the relevant authorities found that there were traces of deer living near Lotus Mountain, so they immediately included the deer living in the place into the scope of long-term monitoring and patrol. Later, through long-term observation and other work, it was determined that the deer species living in the area were sika deer, and in order to ensure the healthy growth of wild sika deer, they built a number of drinking water points at their main living sites, etc., in addition, they have maintained a high-intensity sika deer patrol work for many years.
Subsequently, the reporter learned that the sika deer lived in the mountains, forest edges and mountain grassland areas of the mixed coniferous and broad-leaved forests, and belonged to the national first-level protected animals. In the spring, most of the semi-shady slopes feed on the young branches and leaves of trees and shrubs such as oak, chestnut, bearded branches, wild hawthorn, and ground elm, and newly germinated herbs. In summer and autumn, it migrates to the forest edge of the shady slopes, mainly feeding on vines and herbs. In winter, it prefers to eat ripe fruits, seeds and various mossy lichens on the warm slopes.
According to the staff of the competent department, this group of sika deer mainly lives near Lianhua Mountain, because it is not only densely vegetated, but also has sufficient food, to a certain extent, it also reflects that jinan's environment is getting better and better, so that sika deer can grow healthily.
The four suspects embarked on the path of breaking the law and committing crimes because of their own selfish desires. At present, the four people have been taken criminal compulsory measures for suspected illegal hunting, and the general public is also reminded that according to the provisions of the second paragraph of article 341 of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China, "who violates the hunting regulations, hunts in a forbidden hunting area, during the hunting ban period or uses prohibited tools and methods, destroys wildlife resources, and if the circumstances are serious, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention, public surveillance or fine."
