At about 7 p.m. that night, many audiences had arrived at the Yellow River Theater and could not wait to meet "Silk Road Flower Rain", and the citizens who had not bought tickets anxiously begged for tickets, and after learning that a ticket was difficult to find, their disappointment was overflowing. At the opening performance at 8 o'clock, the theater was already full, which was touching and once again showed that the classic status of the dance drama "Silk Road Flower Rain" has long been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people and is irreplaceable. From the emergence of the play, it has been performed for 41 years, and has been on fire for 41 years, with footprints all over the world, thus becoming a disseminator of Dunhuang culture and a spokesperson for Dunhuang symbols.
After an hour and a half of performance, the audience followed the actors to "walk on the Silk Road", feeling the pain of parting with the ups and downs of the heroic lady and the old painter's pen, immersed in the charm of the rebound pipa trick Lotte, and the mural art of Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes was vividly displayed on the stage, allowing the audience to appreciate the unique aesthetic Dunhuang.
The performance was hosted by the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, hosted by Gansu Performing Arts Group, and co-organized by Gansu International Cultural Exchange Center.
