On October 27, 100 days before the countdown to the Beijing Olympic Games, the Bank of China Ice and Snow Caravan launched a tour in Shanghai and Hefei at the same time, bringing ice and snow sports experience and ice and snow culture promotion activities to the people, so that citizens can understand ice and snow, experience ice and snow, and fall in love with ice and snow. Under the strong atmosphere of welcoming the Winter Olympics, "300 million people participated in ice and snow sports".
Shanghai Oriental Pearl TV Tower City Square, the standing ice and snow knowledge exhibition board in the form of pictures and texts + video explanations introduced alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, ice hockey and other projects for the citizens who came to visit, and displayed ice and snow sports equipment and equipment, so that citizens can better understand ice and snow sports. The 20 cross-country ski training machines displayed on the side of the square provide convenient conditions for citizens to experience skiing in the city. When the participants stood on the ski machine with their feet, their arms sliding with their knees slightly bent, and the "snowflakes" scattered on their faces, reflecting the people of Shencheng welcoming the Winter Olympics and stimulating their enthusiasm for participating in ice and snow sports.
Hefei Anhui Provincial Sports Promotion and Health Center, citizens visited the ice and snow knowledge exhibition board at the "caravan" activity site, participated in ice and snow culture handicraft, participated in dryland curling, ice hockey shooting, biathlon simulation shooting and other experience projects. "The ski trainer and short track speedboarding experience was great, there was the feeling of skating on real ice and snow, biathlon simulation shooting and ice hockey shooting. We have few opportunities to come into contact with real ice and snow in the south, and dryland ice and snow are also a lot of fun. Through personal participation, cheer for China's ice and snow families," said Mr. Li, a ski enthusiast.
In order to promote the "south exhibition of ice and snow sports to expand from the west to the east", on the occasion of the 100-day countdown to the Winter Olympics, the "caravan" brought ice and snow sports into the urban area and delivered to the people in Shanghai and Hefei.
