Film Description: The film is based on George Moore's short story The Bizarre Life of Albert Norbers.
Albert Nobbs (Glenn Close) works in a hotel that specializes in providing entertainment for the upper classes. He is shy and cautious by nature, is deeply appreciated by his guests and bosses, and sticks to his biggest secret - "he" is actually a woman. He was busy but happy, and even quietly accumulated a large amount of money, but he had no purpose in life. It wasn't until Hubert Page (Janet McTeer), also a female painter dressed as a man, arrived at the hotel that Albert's heart had expectations for the first time, and he was determined to get out of his lonely world and find his life partner. So he chooses Helen (Mia Wasikowska), the hotel's most beautiful maid, who is concerned about the new handyman. Can Albert accomplish his life goals?
