On October 23, in the football stadium of Jinling College of Nanjing University in Yanjiang Street, there was a burst of game shouts. Nearly 150 employees from grass-roots trade unions along the river were divided into 12 teams to participate in the 2021 Employee Fun Games.
With the theme of "Unity and Friendship create good results, fun competitions are also wonderful", Hang Fuchun, member of the Party Working Committee of the Street, delivered an opening speech to the participants in the competition, hoping that everyone will adhere to the principle of friendship first and competition second on the sports field, compete out of style, race out of the level, and show the style of street workers with excellent results!
The Fun Games set up a total of 5 group events full of fun vitality and youth elements, including "Super Obstacle Race", "Jump Shooting", "Tug of War", "Extreme speed 60 seconds" and "Crazy Fingerboard", which not only focus on the competitiveness of sports, but also pay attention to the fun of group activities. On the competition field, the participants were full of vitality, tenacious struggle, and the staff was conscientious and responsible, closely cooperating, which provided a strong guarantee for the successful holding of this fun games. After a fierce competition, the participants of each team competed in a level and style, and the harmony on and off the field showed a harmonious wind.
After the Games, the Chief Judge announced the results of the competition, and Fang Benqiang, political and legal committee member of the Street Party Working Committee and deputy director of the office, awarded the first, second and third prizes to the winning teams, and sincerely hoped that the grass-roots trade union workers would take this games as an opportunity to actively participate in the tide of the national fitness movement and work and live with a strong physique and a happy attitude; at the same time, it was also hoped that the grass-roots trade unions could enhance their sense of cooperation, strengthen trade union exchanges, realize resource sharing, and write a new chapter in the cause along the river!
