Now that you are as old as frost, how can you compare to that Jiang Boyue flesh and blood?

【Dispute over burial places】
"Over the years, every year when I went to worship the master, I went to a small room in the cemetery, where the ashes of the two masters were placed on the table." Shen Fengmei's apprentice Li Juan told Red Star News.
It is understood that Shen Fengmei and her husband Li Daxun did not have children before their deaths, and only had an adopted son, Li Junfeng. After Shen Fengmei's death, her ashes were laid in the local cemetery of Zhoukou City for many years. The reason why the ashes have not been buried is because relatives and the Henan Yue Tune Theater Troupe want to wait for the troupe to move to Zhengzhou and then bury them. However, this wait is 13 years.
According to a November 2008 report by the Zhoukou Evening News, the Shen Fengmei Art Center of the Henan Yue Tune Opera Troupe, which was originally planned to be built in zhengzhou, the provincial capital, began construction on November 12 on the north side of Zhoukou Park in the East New Area of Zhoukou City.
According to the report, the Henan Yue Tune Opera Troupe was founded in 1949 as a provincial management unit based in Zhou, and under the leadership of the late famous Yue tune performance artist Shen Fengmei, it has created a series of brilliant achievements. After yue and daoqing operas were included in the national intangible cultural heritage list, the Provincial Department of Culture requisitioned land for the Henan Yue tune opera troupe in the western suburbs of Zhengzhou City and prepared to move it back, but after the enthusiasm of the leaders of Zhoukou City and the general public, The Shen Fengmei Art Center was finally finalized to be built in Zhoukou, which has rich artistic soil in Yuetong.
It was also during this period that the ashes of Master Shen Fengmei were moved from the local cemetery in Zhoukou City to the Wangling Cemetery in Xiangcheng City, Zhoukou City.
The wife of Li Junfeng, the adopted son of Master Shen Fengmei, told Red Star News that around 2007, Tian Weiqin, the head of the Xiangcheng Wang cemetery, privately approached Li Junfeng in order to increase the visibility of his newly completed cemetery, "promising to give a house and resettlement work to bury the ashes of his mother (Shen Fengmei) and father (Li Daxun) in their cemetery." ”
According to Li Junfeng's wife, she was not at home on the day the agreement was signed, and it was signed by her husband Li Junfeng. "I didn't know it then, it was too late by the time I knew, and the promised house and work went unfulfilled."
Xiangcheng Wang Cemetery Shen Fengmei Tomb
After about a year of design and construction, the tomb of Shen Fengmei in xiangcheng Wang cemetery was completed. The photos show that the top of the tombstone is designed to imitate Zhuge Liang's scarf style, and the stele is engraved with 14 gilded characters of "Tomb of Master Shen Fengmei, a Yue tune performance artist".
In October 2008, on the day of the original burial, someone from the Henan Yue Tune Troupe proposed at the scene that the cemetery party should first honor the agreement signed with Li Junfeng. The two sides were deadlocked, and "the whole scene was very chaotic." Later, the original burial was temporarily changed to a worship ceremony.
"It's just that we didn't have the ability, the troupe was poor at the time, and there was no way to solve this problem." Li Junfeng's wife said that the dispute was shelved in this way, and the ashes of Shen Fengmei and his wife have been stored in a small room in the cemetery.
【Litigation Dispute】
In 2020, Shen Fengmei's adopted son Li Junfeng sued Xiangcheng Wanglingyuan Cemetery Co., Ltd. on the grounds of a service contract dispute.
According to the indictment, the defendant Xiangcheng Wanglingyuan Cemetery Co., Ltd., in order to expand its influence and take advantage of the popularity of the plaintiff's mother to strengthen publicity, signed an agreement with the plaintiff on December 5, 2007, stipulating: 1. The two parties agreed to place Shen Fengmei's ashes in xiangcheng WanglingYuan. Wanglingyuan is responsible for all expenses during the burial period. The burial place will never change. 2. Tian Weiqin, the legal representative of Wanglingyuan, and all shareholders agreed to give Li Junfeng a set of housing after research, and arranged for one person to work in Wanglingyuan and enjoy salary treatment. Housing is specifically marked as urban housing. After the agreement was signed, the ashes of the plaintiff's mother were moved to the defendant, and more than ten years later, the ashes were still placed in a hut in the cemetery, which caused great mental damage to the plaintiff; the defendant's promised housing and the arrangement for a person to work in the Wangling Cemetery were not fulfilled.
Shen Fengmei's apprentice Li Juan told Red Star News that after the construction of Shen Fengmei's tomb in Wangyuan was completed, Shen Fengmei's family, apprentices and artists of the troupe wanted to retrieve their ashes and were asked to compensate for the hundreds of thousands of yuan incurred in the construction of the mausoleum.
Shen Fengmei's adopted son indictment
In 1951, the 23-year-old Shen Fengmei came from Luohe to Xiangcheng, Henan Province, to form the Xiangcheng County Yue Tune Troupe. During this period, with the help of several directors, she revised and improved the script of "Collecting Jiang Wei", and served as the deputy head of the business of the Xiangcheng County Yue Tune Theater Troupe, working and living in Xiangcheng for a total of 10 years.
Tian Weiqin, head of xiangcheng Wang cemetery, told Red Star News that when he learned that the ashes of a generation of masters Shen Fengmei had not been buried for safety many years later, he consulted with his adopted son Li Junfeng to build a tomb for the master. As for the two conditions mentioned by the family, "promising to give a house and resettlement work", Tian Weiqin denied, "I am not so capable." ”
Han Shibin, who had participated in the incident, said in a document entitled "The Story of Shen Fengmei and Li Daxun's Ashes Transferred to Xiangcheng City" that after Tian Weiqin, the person in charge of the Xiangcheng Wang cemetery, and Li Junfeng, The adopted son of Shen Fengmei, reached a consensus on moving the spirits, he went with Li Junfeng to the Zhoukou Cemetery where Shen Fengmei's ashes were stored at that time to inquire about the procedures that needed to be handled to remove Shen Fengmei's ashes. At that time, the person in charge of the Zhoukou Cemetery said that it was necessary to obtain the permission of the Henan Yue Tune Troupe. Han Shibin said that Li Junfeng said that he had obtained the consent of the troupe, and he sent Shen Fengmei's ashes to the Wangling Garden in Xiangcheng City.

In this regard, Tian Weiqin, head of the Xiangcheng Wangling Cemetery, also confirmed it. He told Red Star News that last year, with the intervention and mediation of the judicial organs, he received a sum of money for the storage of ashes and the construction of tombstones for many years, and the ashes have been removed.

After completion, this opera master, who has been dead for more than 20 years, can finally be buried in the ground.
