Wei Wei stressed: In the first half of the year, discipline inspection commissions at all levels acted actively in accordance with the unified deployment requirements of the discipline inspection committees of group companies, continuously improved the quality of case investigation and handling, and continued to increase the intensity of warning education, thus playing a deterrent role in investigating and handling one case, warning one piece, and governing one side. However, the problems found in this circular also reflect the shortcomings in the discipline inspection system of Pingshuo Company in performing their duties and supervising and enforcing discipline and accountability, and discipline inspection cadres at all levels must dare to perform their duties, dare to supervise, set a correct position, be upright and bold, dare to say no, and truly give play to the role of supervision efficiency. It is necessary to resolutely investigate and deal with the problem of corruption, promote the "three non-corruptions" as a whole, strike hard, straighten out the work style and discipline so that people dare not be corrupt, improve the system, improve the supervision system so that people cannot be corrupted, and also thoroughly study and judge the political ecology, find out the causes, soil, and environment of corruption from the problems investigated and handled, strengthen ideological education in a targeted manner, cultivate a political ecology so that people do not want to be corrupt, punish the middle and punish the middle, punish the same direction, and create a good political ecology for the development of enterprises.

Regarding the implementation of the spirit of this meeting, Wei Wei put forward three requirements:

The discipline inspection committees of all units should strictly implement the requirement of "giving priority to investigating and handling cases at higher levels," strengthen the examination and control of the materials reported in the initial nuclear report, the examination and trial report, and other reported materials, solidly carry out the work of verifying cases, and increase the rate of initial verification of cases. It is necessary to firmly establish a sense of the rule of law, a sense of procedure, and a sense of evidence, carry out work in strict accordance with authority, rules, and procedures, properly handle factual evidence, qualitative handling, and procedural procedures, unify and standardize documents, accurately use the "four forms," and do a solid "second half of the article", to ensure that the quality of the case can withstand the test of time and history.

The party committees and discipline inspection commissions of all units should attach great importance to the special rectification work, be responsible for the authenticity of the report in accordance with the unified deployment of the party committee of the company, and seriously pursue responsibility and accountability for those who are not thorough in investigation, do not do solid work, take a detour by chance, passively cope, conceal and omit reports.
