Apartment for a young man
Marina Platonova and Oksana Grushko have designed an 80㎡ space owned by a young man who loves contemporary art, especially supremacism and constructivism. The apartment is located on the 19th floor of a new building in the Presnensky district of Moscow. Lots of sunlight came in through the large windows and there was also a great view of the city.

The living area is separated from the kitchen and the adjacent dressing room by areee Design wood paneling with balsa wood veneer, a solution that creates a sense of calm and makes the room softer and more natural. The kitchen is partitioned with a UNION sliding separator with smoked glass and a ferrous metal frame. The well-lined kitchen set is designed in neutral colours. The fridge and oven are hidden in the niches on the right and do not interfere with the overall perception of the space.
Ditreitalia sofas, Sovet coffee tables, Fridericia armchairs and Northen illuminated floor lamps - all objects in the living room are with intricate geometric shapes, and the key element of the living room is Alexei Terenin's painting "Balance".
The main role of the dining area is to bring Domitalia chairs and Olov lights, and the dark colors can also visually expand the space.
The bedroom is the darkest space in the room, and for reading, a comfortable and flexible Contardi lamp with a directional light source is installed on the headboard. Another view of the apartment is the relaxation area on the windowsill, the large windows are not decorated with the usual textiles, but there are radio remote-controlled roller blinds provided in the ceiling niches, completely blocking out the sunlight.

Apartment in Saratov
Quadrum Studio designed a 63㎡ single apartment where clients want a modern interior, sun and dark. It originally had a long narrow hallway, isolated rooms, two small bathrooms and a hallway. During the reconstruction process, the architects combined the kitchen with the living room. Due to the specific shape of the apartment, the open space was stretched. Place all functional areas in a linear manner.
The walls of the corridor are wall paneled with black metal and the concrete is painted with varnish. In terms of layout, the two openings from the living room to the bedroom require sliding doors: they are space-saving and less visually obvious. Almost everything in the home is custom-made, with the fewest ready-made items.

Alexandra Dashkevich and Natalya Kanchukova designed an apartment with an area of 54 square meters. A spacious kitchen living room, dining room and window work area, separate bedroom, large dressing room with storage space for sports equipment, spacious outerwear wardrobe are placed in the hallway.
The owners wanted a monochrome black and white interior with wooden furniture, which served as a wall decoration for the corridors and living rooms, and also used plasterboard with vertical joints. Materials of different textures and characteristics are used in the decoration - wood, porcelain, marble, plaster, glass, all of which are designed to create a sense of environmental protection and an awareness of the interior.
