Zhang Xiaoying, female, born in December 1959, a native of Puchun, Hubei Province, has a bachelor's degree, a former member of the CPPCC County Committee and a deputy section-level detective of the Puchun County Public Security Bureau.
He loves literary writing and calligraphy, and has been published in China Reportage, People's Public Security Daily, Legal Daily, Zhiyin Magazine, etc. He has been practicing calligraphy for more than 13 years and has organized more than 10 calligrapher-painter friendship activities. He is the president of The Dabie Mountain Calligraphy and Painting Institute of China, the deputy secretary-general of the Hubei Committee of the China Calligraphy and Painting Brokers Association, and a well-known calligraphy and painting broker.
In the just-concluded selection of the list of meritorious artistic figures for the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party, Zhang Xiaoying, a national first-class art calligrapher and a calligraphy master in Puchun County, Hubei Province, won the gold medal of "China's Good Brand Influence Art Master, Gift to the 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Party".

On May 4, 2016, after strict review by the National Artist Title Approval Committee, Zhang Xiaoying won the title of national first-class artist (calligraphy), and was elected in the top ten and 8th place in the national 2016 China Good Brand Art Figure Selection Network Voting.
Zhang Xiaoying is a little woman who loves to read and write, and has done reading and writing as the most meaningful thing in her work life all her life. Because she loves to read and write, at the age of 17, as an outstanding representative of young people who returned to her hometown, she became a "barefoot editor" of the Puchun County People's Radio Station, and within a year, she wrote more than 80 articles of various types to newspapers and periodicals at the provincial, municipal and county levels, using more than 30 articles, and won the "Model Correspondent" of Hubei Daily, and the president Ding Yonghuai personally presented her with awards, and the prizes were a hardcover "Excellent News Works Reader" and a gilded Yijin pen of "Red Sun Shines in a Thousand Autumns".
It is this book and this pen that opened zhang Xiaoying's first stop in life and opened the first page of her reading and writing and happy life! Because she loves to read, she has a desire in her heart - at the age of 18, she gave up the opportunity to train cadres in the organization department of the county party committee, resolutely participated in the national college entrance examination, and was admitted to the Huanggang Regional Industrial School to study mechanical design and manufacturing. The resumption of the college entrance examination completely changed her fate. Since then, she has changed from a peasant girl who eats grain to a junior intellectual who eats rice. 3 years later, she entered the factory as a technician as she wished, determined to be a "mother machine" that designed and manufactured a "mother machine", became an excellent engineer, and contributed her youth and talent to the construction of the "four modernizations" of the motherland!
Because I love to read, I have dreams in my heart. After joining the work, she insisted on reading and self-study uninterruptedly, and was admitted to the Central Radio and Television University, becoming a student of the first university without leaving work. I am very grateful to this university without walls for fulfilling her "liberal arts dream". I remember one day at noon, I opened the tape recorder to listen to the lecture, and what I heard was mourning, and a fiery heart suddenly froze. It turned out that the old professor of Peking University who taught us the << general history of China >> died, and the Central Radio and Television University used the classroom as a spiritual hall to hold a memorial service for him. Her heart wept with sorrow, and the tears flowed down like broken beads. Although he had never seen an old face, his profound knowledge of learning to be rich in five cars and only eight buckets was breathtaking; his lofty qualities of being a highly respected teacher had long been rooted in his heart. To this day, the old professor's teaching of "using history as a mirror to know the rise and fall, and using copper as a mirror to correct the crown" still reverberates in her mind, inscribed on her heart, and constantly leads and corrects her life coordinates.

Unforgettable reading of "Electric University" those days, it is really "three more lights and five more chickens, it is when the daughter is reading", "the book mountain has a road and a diligent path, learning the sea is endlessly hard work". Three meals a day, often two steamed buns, a plate of pickles, a cup of boiled water, while eating and drinking while listening to lectures; although life is very bitter, the heart is as sweet as drinking honey. A heart thirsty for knowledge, like a long-drought seedling, meets the rain in time. Near the graduation exam, she was 8 months pregnant, her husband was afraid that she would be very dangerous to go to the exam with a big belly, and she was more worried that she would give birth to the child in the exam room, repeatedly dissuading her, don't take the exam, don't take the exam, wait for the birth of the child, and then make up the exam next year?! She laid down a heart, did not agree, and said firmly: even if she gives birth to her child in the examination room, she must also insist on the last round of examination and successfully complete the academic task.
Her will touched God and appeased the baby. The exam passed smoothly, and after half a month, her son was like a heavenly immortal! The graduation thesis, written by confinement, more than 10,000 words of graduation thesis, three easy drafts, orthography, meticulous, has been highly praised by the instructor, was rated as an excellent paper, and compiled into the first national outstanding thesis collection of graduates of the University of Electricity and Power. Kung Fu does not live up to the hard work. That year, she took the graduation certificate of the University of Electricity and Electricity, gave birth to a son, and won the first place in the city's science and technology cadre examination. The factory encouraged self-taught talent, and made an exception to reward her with 200 yuan in cash. That day, that taste, made people's hearts blossom! During her work in the Party History Office, she wrote the national martyr "Dong Shuhua", a biography of more than 50,000 words, four drafts, five levels, six generals, and painstaking efforts, and finally published in volume 42 of the "Biography of Figures in the History of the Communist Party of China". This is a decent thing she did for her hometown and for the revolutionary martyrs, and it is also the most beautiful highlight of her life.
