Zhu Ke has always regarded the petitioning masses as his relatives, regarded helping the petitioning masses as his duty, regarded the resolution of contradictions in petitioning as the goal, and regarded the elimination of worries and difficulties for the people as his pursuit, and used the recognition of the masses to measure the effectiveness of the petitioning work. His research report "How to Do a Good Job in Visiting Sensitive Areas" won the second prize of Henan Provincial Letter and Petition Research Achievements.
