In the vampire diaries that are being broadcast, Elena (Nina Dubov) should be grateful for the temporary coma.
Because of this, she did not have to accept the fact that her boyfriend murdered one of her friends and joined forces with the Siren to bring Saten to her knees.
But Elena will eventually wake up. We're not sure if that's a few weeks from now or decades from now, but we're sure Elena will be back, or another way.
