She sends her son to the community every day for rehabilitation, goes home to communicate with his son, sings and plays ball together, and when she is upset, she runs out to do sports release. Her experience has inspired other families and is recognized by experts.
Rehabilitation doctor Dong Ling introduced that the vast majority of patients with mental disorders will continue to live in the community after drug treatment, and patients living in the community are inseparable from the family, the family is the most important direct environment for patients, and its various factors play an extremely important role in the onset and diagnosis and rehabilitation of patients. At the same time, patients are affected by psychiatric symptoms and develop pathological behaviors, which cause great psychological stress to family members, and family members will also experience disorders such as anxiety, depression, insomnia and irritability.

The patient's family members exchange mutual aid training together.
In the training, medical staff and social workers help families understand the general causes, precipitating factors, symptoms, etc. of mental illness, understand that the patient's symptoms are not their own wishes; teach them some basic psychiatric drug knowledge, so that the family can better help patients overcome the various discomforts caused by drugs, improve treatment compliance; tell them how to observe the patient's relapse aura, and how to deal with crisis events, and increase the family's confidence and methods in controlling the disease.
This training is more to provide a platform for these patient families to talk and communicate. At the beginning, they kept talking about the bitterness, anxiety and worry about the future in their hearts, through the patient explanations of therapists and the sharing of family members, they gradually knew how to communicate with patients and do the most powerful support on the way to the patient's resistance to the disease; they also learned to distract their attention through exercise, do relaxation training, relieve their anxiety by relaxing their muscles, and even some family members mentioned that they would encourage their confidence by watching positive TV videos.
The family members said that through expert guidance and learning exchanges, they found ways to accompany patients to fight the disease and became the most powerful support for each other.
