According to reports, Nanping Primary School was funded by the Xiangzhou District Government, and Zhuhai Zhengfang Nanping Science and Technology Eco-city Investment and Development Co., Ltd. was built on behalf of the construction. The total investment of the project is about 154 million yuan, covering an area of about 22,300 square meters, a construction area of about 23,400 square meters, and a teaching scale of 48 teaching classes, which can accommodate 2,160 students after completion. It is expected to open in September next year.

It is reported that Rongguotuan Middle School, which is also located in the Nanping Ecological Science and Technology City area, will also start construction next month. The completion and opening of Nanping Primary School and Rongguotuan Middle School will further optimize and improve the educational facilities of Nanping Ecological Science and Technology City.
After the completion of Nanping Primary School, it will also bring adjustments to the division of school districts in the nearby area. At present, the nearby public primary schools include Rong Guotuan Primary School and Zhen Xian Primary School.
