　　In the construction of the park platform, Anlu will bundle the "one district and five parks" (economic development zone, Fucheng Industrial Park, Nancheng Industrial Park, Lidian Industrial Park, Chendian Industrial Park, And Shuishui Industrial Park) as a core, and implement the eastward expansion to the south; at the same time, it will carry out a series of support activities such as financial orientation, scientific and technological assistance, education and wisdom, and industrial empowerment, and strive to build Anlu's "one district and five parks" into an investment depression, an innovation highland, an entrepreneurial treasure land, and a wealth creation and blessing land.

(2) The project of Oriental International Auto Trade City started

The Oriental International Auto Trade City project covers a total area of about 350 acres, with a planned total investment of about 1 billion yuan, a construction area of 180,000 square meters, a total construction period of 5 years, covering new and second-hand car transactions, maintenance, accessories, decoration and supporting auto culture, logistics and trade and other sectors, with car testing, certification, riders' clubs and other service functions, as well as motorcycle battery car market and agricultural machinery market. After the completion of the project, it will become the largest automobile-themed commercial complex in Anlu City.

The first phase of the Oriental International Auto Trade City project was solemnly laid on the morning of September 22, 2020, and the construction was officially started in October 2020, with an investment of 400 million yuan and a construction area of 80,000 square meters.

The entire project construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2023, with up to 500 tenants and 1,000 jobs, and will achieve an annual income of 800 million yuan after all of them are completed.

Through various forms of differentiation, reorganization, revitalization and so on, Anlu Old Grain Machinery Factory has fissioned a number of private enterprises with different characteristics, complementary advantages, high product relevance and shared technical resources. The cruel market competition has allowed Anlu grain machinery enterprises to explore a new way of survival: division of labor and cooperation between enterprises, the formation of industrial chains, and the search for their own main directions. Anlu Grain Machinery and agricultural machinery enterprises jointly established the Agricultural Machinery Research Institute, jointly built an agricultural machinery industry science and technology industrial park, research and development, production of agricultural machinery and equipment series products have been put into the market, 14 products into the national agricultural machinery products promotion directory. Last year, enterprises above designated size in the four pillar industries achieved a main business income of 15.36 billion yuan and a profit of 415 million yuan.
