  20 years later, Lu Buxuan has become the co-founder of "No. 1 Earth Pig" from the "pork guy" who sets up a street stall, and "Peking University Butcher" has also become his marketing "keyword". On October 16, Lu Buxuan appeared at the Jiuhuashan Farmers' And Vegetable Farm in Hefei, where he not only sold meat again in his own stall, but also talked with reporters about how college students can cultivate employment.

On the morning of October 16, the weather in Hefei was cold and the autumn rain was long, but in front of the "No. 1 Earth Pig" stall located in the Jiuhuashan Road Vegetable Market, many citizens bought pork here, and the popularity far exceeded that of other meat stalls, and many people wanted to see the "Peking Butcher" with their own eyes. "I am the most literate person among pork sellers, and the most knowledgeable among intellectuals," Lu Buxuan and a citizen who came to see him introduced himself.

  "I liked this vegetable market at first sight, it is full of fireworks and has a strong cultural atmosphere." After selling a piece of meat, Lu Buxuan casually wiped the grease on his hands with a rag and chatted with the reporter at the stall. The middle-aged man in front of him wears a pair of black-rimmed glasses, and although he deals with pork every day, he still reveals an intellectual atmosphere from his speech and demeanor, making it impossible to forget the brand of "Peking University graduate" on him.

  Lu Buxuan told reporters that this is the first time that "No. 1 Earth Pig" has landed in Anhui, and the first batch of six points have been selected in Hefei, namely Fanchang Road Farmers' Trade, Shuguang Road Farmers' Trade, Haiheng Farmers' Trade, Wanguo Farmers' Trade, Jiuhuashan Farmers' Trade, and CuitingYuan Farmers' Trade, with the goal of opening hundreds of butcher shops in Hefei, and the next step is to enter Wuhu and other provincial cities.   In 2003, a media report pushed Lu Buxuan's "glasses butcher shop" and his status as a Graduate of Peking University to the public, which immediately caused a lot of controversy. Some people think that even Peking University talents have the right to choose their own life path, and some people think that he went to engage in "low-end" work such as selling pork, wasting the educational resources to cultivate him, and more people labeled him as a "loser".

  "I used to think that selling pork was a shameful thing, and when I was selling pork in Xi'an, I almost hung up a 'insulting Sven' sign for my meat stall, but the registration was unsuccessful." Speaking of the experience of that year, Lu Buxuan, who is now nearly the age of Hua Jia, seems to be much calmer. "After graduating, I tossed and turned for more than ten years, owed a lot of money, and selling pork was also a helpless move, in order to make a living."

  In 2009, Lu Buxuan accepted the invitation of Chen Sheng, an alumnus of Peking University, and became the honorary president of the Butcher School, specializing in teaching people to handle knives and sell meat, but the "loser" is still a label that he can't tear in his heart. In April 2013, Lu Buxuan and Chen Sheng were invited back to campus by Peking University to give a speech, and his sentence "I have humiliated Peking University" stirred up thousands of waves, once again triggering public discussion about whether selling pork insults the education system.

  In 2016, Lu Buxuan gave up his position as a civil servant after several twists and turns. "From another point of view, selling pork to this share is an honor, not a disgrace, and represents a spirit that does not bow to the world." People always have to do what they are familiar with, focus on this thing, and do it well. Lu Buxuan explained to reporters what he was thinking now.

  Talk about employment: Every industry has a chance to succeed

  In 2009, Lu Buxuan wrote textbooks for the Butcher School. The systematic content of more than 200,000 words in 4 months, involving breeding, pig killing, meat selling and other fields, is a theoretical improvement and re-understanding of his more than ten years of meat selling experience. It's something he thinks he's done to "fill the gap in the industry."

  Now, Lu Buxuan's "Butcher School" has recruited tens of thousands of students with college degrees or above for training, and after completing their studies, they are engaged in related work in the pork industry chain, including management, sales and other positions. "The average person thinks that selling pork is a relatively low-end industry, but it is precisely because of its low threshold that there is more room for development, and a large number of young people with academic qualifications can change the face of the industry." Lu Buxuan said, "Now we are still very smooth in recruiting people, we have not encountered any difficulties, basically all of them are bachelor's degree or above." ”

  "I started a 'bad head' and graduated from Peking University to sell pork." During the interview, Lu Buxuan made a joke with the reporter. He believes that in the past, college students were an elite education, rarely engaged in labor-oriented industries, now college students are relatively common, the main function has become to improve the quality of workers, ordinary college students should calm down, understand more about the market and various industries, understand more about society, figure out their own positioning, choose the right position.   At the beginning of 2016, Lu Buxuan revised his previous book "Butcher Sees the World" and renamed it "Butcher of Peking University" for reprint.
